Clinical Observation Of Jian Pi Bu Fei Hua Tan Decoction In Treating Lung And Spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrone Of Children Asthma Remission

Objectives:The purpose of this research is to observe the clinical effect of Jian Pi Bu Fei Hua Tan Decoction in the treatment of children asthma in remission stage, mainly by analyzing the lower rate of the frequency of the attacks of asthma, respiratory infection and alleviate the degree of improvement in lung and spleen-Qi deficiency symptoms, while the serum Pulmonary function and Serum NO, IgE values. To discuss mechanism of the effects of Jian Pi Bu Fei Hua Tan Decoction in the treatment of asthma in children Combining with clinical and experimental research, and to investigate the correlation between chronic airway inflammation and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide new ideas and methods for the study of Chinese herbal compound.Methods:The clinical study60cases of asthma in remission stage with lung and spleen-Qi deficiency type of children were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group, were given oral administration of the strengths of Jian Pi Bu Fei Hua Tan Fang Decoction with western medicine (treatment group) and conventional western medicine inhalation (control group), Two groups were observed for6months. To observe the changes of main symptom score and pulmonary function before and after treatment in the two groups, and Serum NO, IgE values were measured in sputum of patients before and after treatment, and compare changes of before and after the treatment symptoms and signs points, Serum NO、IgE values, pulmonary function (PEF, FEV1/FVC%).Results:(1) Total effective rate of test group is93.3%, while the control group is70.0%, the contrasts in terms of total effective rate after treatment is better than the control group, and the difference has a statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement of the test group is better than the control group in the occurrence frequency of bronchial asthma, respiratory infections (P<0.05); For asthma duration improve with the control group is considerable (P>0.05). Influence of two group on TCM Syndrome of the sick children, have statistically significant difference (P<0.05).(2) Serum NO values: Test group and control group after treatment Serum NO valuesvalues of were lower than before treatment, compared before treatment two groups differences were significantly(P<0.05), between the two groups, the treatment group and the control group in Serum NO values significantly after treatment with the difference(P<0.01).(3) Two groups can improve the FEVi/FVC%、PEF. The difference each group before and after treatment is significantly(P<0.05), there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment, treatment group is better than control group (P<0.05).(4) IgE values:Test group and control group after treatment IgE values of were lower than before treatment, compared before treatment two groups differences were significantly(P<0.05), between the two groups, the treatment group and the control group in IgE values significantly after treatment with the difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jian Pi Bu Fei Hua Tan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of children BA, especialy can decrease the occurrence frequency of the asthma attacks and respiratory infections. In terms of TCM Syndrome, have dominant position. Jian Pi Bu Fei Hua Tan Decoction not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, but slao reduce the number of sputum in children with asthma in Serum NO, IgE values。...
