Clinical Research On Fu Xue Hua Tan San In The Treatment Of Asthma In Remission (Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Type) And Act Score And Effect FeNO

Objective:By observing Fu xue hua tan san on bronchial asthma remission (lung spleen-deficiency type) in patients with clinical symptoms, signs and asthma control test (ACT) scores and breath of nitric oxide (FeNO), the influence of on patients with apply Fu xue hua tan san FeNO ACT score and the relationship between objective evaluation of its curative effect.Methods:Selection of bronchial asthma remission patients with spleen-deficiency type of 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (50 cases, control group of 50 cases.Treatment group ChuFu started from 2015, lie down in the early time, second lie down, lie down three time, attach about six to eight hours at a time.The control group at the same time give yupinfeng powder particles,5 g,3 times a day.Patients with symptoms and signs before and after treatment was observed, FeNO level changes and ACT score.Results:1.1 after the course of treatment, the treatment group of fall off in 3 patients,3 cases for failing to achieve course off automatically.Yupinfeng powder group and 4 cases,2 cases were lost to follow-up,2 cases due to occupy to go out to terminate treatment.2. Meridian sticking group 47 cases after treatment, clinical control 8 cases,17 cases had marked effect,15 cases were effective,7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 85.11%.Yupinfeng powder group and clinical control in 3 patients,14 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.09%.Meridian sticking group after treatment the total effective rate of better than yupinfeng powder group (P< 0.05).3. ACT score were higher in both groups after treatment, FeNO level decreased, there was a significant difference compared with before treatment (P< 0.05), the comparison between groups was statistically difference (P< 0.05).4. Meridian sticking group in improving symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine is better than yupinfeng powder group (P< 0.05);Security comparing meridian sticking group and yupinfeng powder group of adverse reaction was not found.Conclusion:1. Fu xue hua tan san can improve the ACT scores of patients, reduce FeNO level.2. Fu xue hua tan san can improve patients shortness of breath symptoms such as low, listless, spontaneous perspiration, improve patient quality of life.3. Fu xue hua tan san is treatment of bronchial asthma remission (lung spleen-deficiency type) one of the effective methods.
