Objective:1.To explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension, reveal its internal law, provide the basis for differenting types of "H" hypertension syndrome.2.To quantify the clinical features of the "H" hypertension with modern detection methods, guide the clinical treatment. With reasonable intervention,"H" hypertension clinical diagnosis and treatment is more evidence-based.Methods:All87cases,who were diagnosed as "H" hypertension, have been received Hcy examination, monitored the circadian rhythm of blood pressure. The level of systolic, diastolic, pulse pressure, blood lipids, blood uric acid, urine albumin, urine β2-mG have been tested,in order to explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension.By statistical research,we can analyze the correlation of "H" hypertension and various indicators.Results:1.87cases of the "H" hypertension of TCM syndrome are distributed as follows:phlegm dampness card35cases (43.23%)> anger hyperactivity card22cases (25.29%)> Yinxuyangkang card18cases (20.69%)> yin and yang deficiency12cases (13.79%), the TCM syndromes in the overall distribution have significant differences (P<0.01). Between any two groups:phlegm dampness card> anger hyperactivity card, Yinxuyangkang card, yin and yang deficiency (P <0.01). But anger hyperactivity card, hyperactivity card, yin and yang deficiency of the three pairwise comparisons, there are no differences in the distribution of the card (P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension has no significant difference on the gender composition(P>0.05).3.TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension has no significant difference in age, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure(P>0.05).4.There are Hcy level differences between Blood pressure classification of the "H" hypertension(P<0.05).Plasma Hcy level is higher with the increase of blood pressure classification.5.TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension has no significant difference on blood lipid levels.6.There is significant correlation among Hcy levels, urinary albumin and urine β2-mG(P <0.01), but no correlation with uric acid (P>0.05).7.Circadian blood pressure variability of the "H" hypertension is closely related to Hcy levels (P<0.01), Hey levels of the non-dipper-shaped group are significantly higher than the dipper group.Conclusion:1.The characteristics of TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension are distributed as follows: the distribution of phlegm dampness is the most significant, and significantly higher than the anger hyperactivity card,Yinxuyangkang card, yin and yang deficiency. But between two of the three types are no differences.2.The distribution of TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension was no significant difference in gender, age, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure.3.To patients with the "H" hypertension, plasma Hey level is higher with the increase of blood pressure classification.4.The TCM syndrome of the "H" hypertension has no significant difference in lipid parameters.5.There is a positive correlation among plasma Hey levels and the U-MA, urine β2-mG, but no correlation with the UA.6.The circadian rhythm of blood pressure is closely related with plasma Hey levels.
