Clinical Research On TCM Syndrome Factor In Hypertension Of Rank 3

Background: Hypertension is a common heart and vein disease, with its high incidence, and it is one of the primary cause that lead to the death of people in heart and vein disease. Now the traditional treatment with syndrome differentiation is mostly based on doctor’s experience, so the maneuverability and the repetition is not good, and affect the clinic curative effect. This years, many work has been done in the standardization of syndrome in hypertension, because of the methodology about it, we still can’t form a unitive cognition. Because the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine is dynamic and changeable, we need to explore right and effective method actively. Then it can meet the needs of diagnose and therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the "syndrome diagnostic criterion of stroke" of "eight-five" period, experts set up "wind, fire, sputum, gore, weak(qi-weak, Yin-deficiency)" of stroke, and it achieve the aim of combinability in agility and maneuverability. The study of stroke indicates that it is a good way to optimize and combine the criterion of syndrome with syndrome factor. So the idea is brought to my study, and it will help understand the syndromic distributing rules in hypertension of rank 3.Objective: Discuss the distributing rules of syndrome factor in hypertension of rank 3, for improving the clinical diagnose and therapy of hypertension in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method: This study is based on hypertension, with clinical practice, and use the way of clinical epidemiology and Stat. analysis. By the collection of 240 four-examine information(include symptom, tongue shape, artery shape) in hypertension of rank 3, establish data-base with Epidate software system. Then translating the Epidate date into SPSS date, and use the SPSS11.5 to analyse. The analyse way include clustering analysis and exploring factor analysis. By the clustering analysis and exploring factor analysis, summarizing the syndrome factor in hypertension of rank 3 in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results: The syndrome factor in hypertension of rank 3 includes "fire, sputum, gore, weak(Qi-weak, Xue-weak, Yin-deficiency, Extract-deficiency), Yan-hyperactivity, Qi-gloomy".Conclusions: The summarizing of "fire, sputum, gore, weak(Qi-weak, Xue-weak, Yin-deficiency, Extract-deficiency), Yan-hyperactivity, qi-gloomy" in hypertension of rank 3, may help doctor master the basic characters of this disease, and by the combination of syndrome factor, it can show the agility of treatment with syndrome differentiation.
