Hypertension Syndromes Of Research, And Its Related Factors

Objective:This thesis determined to discuss the distribusion of syndrome differentiation of Hypertension in the way of EXCEL and Statistics, by investigation of hospital. The characteristic of distribution tried to be found out. In the mean while, conclude the main and secondary syndrome differentiation of Hypertension and the main symptoms and signs of every syndrome. This thesis tried to provide a regular basis for the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation treatment of Hypertension in the guide of TCM. Using statistics to compare the data of age,Blood Pressure and BMI between syndroms,in the purpose of trying to find some relavences.Methords:1. investigate 30 Hypertension patients, according to the formed diagnosis standard,inclusion standard,exclusion standard.2.These messages are recorded in the way of EXCEL ,then analyze the frequency,relative frequency of every syndrome.3. analyze the characteristic of distribution of Hypertension in the theory of TCM, conclude the main symptom and signs.4.use spss system to compare the data of age,Blood Pressure,BMI between syndromes,in the purpose of trying to find some relavence.Results:The syndrome diffirentiation of Hypertension are : Yin deficiency and Hyperacitvity of liver yang syndrome,Phlegm-blood obstruct syndrome syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,Kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome.Conclusions:From this thesis,I conclude the classification of syndrome differentiation of Hypertension and every syndrome's main symptoms and signs.I find the patients's mean BMI,Blood Pressure are over normal range, and fat,hypertension are serious problems harming our health gradually.
