| Objective: Through the ultrasound differentiation and medicine for anal carbuncle phenomenological aspects of differentiation between observation,to explore the clinical relevance,to provide the support and help of the Chinese medicine determined to assist clinical diagnosis and therapy of anal abscess with anal ultrasonography.Method: The data of 174 patients with perianal abscess in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed,The collection of gender,age,symptoms,signs,perianal and color Doppler ultrasound image characteristics of different periods of data for statistical analysis,thus obtains the anal carbuncle phenomena in TCM clinical correlation between syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation of ultrasound.Results: In line with the 174 cases of perianal abscess were included in the standard,it can be seen that more male patients than female patients,the disease occurs in young adults,through statistical tests,observe the characteristics of the echo lesions and TCM syndrome types of perianal and anal mucosa color Doppler ultrasound,continuous,blood flow signal,the lesion and sinus formation or not by comparison,RP values were close to 0 p<0.05,there were statistically significant difference,only compare the number of pus cavity,p=0.079>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Perianal abscess and anal phenomenological TCM dialectical and dialectical analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in clinic are closely related,analysis of perianal abscess by ultrasound diagnosis technology development stage can effectively help clinicians master diseases and pathological features,surgical treatment for further laid an important foundation,therefore,be a qualified the Chinese Medicine Department of anus & intestine surgery physician,not only to the perianal abscess in TCM has great understanding and knowledge,application of perianal and intracavity ultrasound technology and enhance the image reading ability is also indispensable. |
