The Clinical Observation Of Electro-acupuncture Combined With Medicine In The Prevention Of Post-hysterectomy Nausea And Vomiting

Research purposes:Evaluate and compare the curative effect of medicine ondansetron alone and integration of electro-acupuncture with ondansetron on treating nausea and vomiting after total hysterectomy, to research the mechanism of electro-acupuncture with ondansetron prevent PONV and the better prevention strategy of nausea and vomiting post-hysterectomy.Research methods:The female patient who were eligible for elective total hysterectomy, according to the principle of random allocation, are divided into two groups:ondansetron group (A group)30cases and electro-acupuncture combined with ondansetron group (B group)28cases. The patients of these two groups were all injected morphine2mg in intravenous in10-30min before the operation finished,venous are connected with domestic micro analgesia pump which formula is morphine2mg/(kg·2d).The administration mode of analgesia pump:continuous dose of2ml/h, close the analgesia function. Ondansetron6mg access to PCA, PCA role for48hours.In B group, electro-acupuncture treatment will be added up. The patients of these two groups were observed the nausea and vomiting after24hours and24-48hours of post-operative and the degree scores of PONV, and record the vomiting frequency.The results:Within24hours, for the incidence of nausea, vomiting frequency, the degree of nausea and vomiting, electro-acupuncture combined with ondansetron group compared with ondansetron group, P<0.05, there is statistical significance of difference between the two groups. But the comparison of the incidence of vomiting between the two groups is non-statistical significance, P>0.05.In24-48hours after surgery, for the incidence of nausea and vomiting, vomiting frequency, the degree of nausea and vomiting, electro-acupuncture combined with ondansetron group compared with ondansetron group, P＞0.05, there is not statistical significance of difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with ondansetron can significantly reduce the incidence of post-operative nausea and the frequency of post-operative vomiting, moderates the degree of post-operative nausea and vomiting, prevent the occurrence of PONV, improve the degree of comfort. With the clinical practical application significance, it is worth popularizing.
