Objective:To study the quality of the cervical cancer patients after different treatments. Furthermore,the influcing factors of quality of life were also aimed to analyze. Then to eliminate and reduce the adverse factors in the treatment and aftertreatment for cli-nical staff andtheirfamilies.Do provid e atheoretical basis for rehabilitation of patie-nts, with health education, family care and further improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after treatment.Methods:1. Reasearch Objects:108patients with cervical cancer which clinical diagnosis of FIGO stage IB-IIA in Tianjin Central Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology, from January2011to December2011. According to the different treatment is div-ided into three groups:radiotherapy and chemotherapy, radiotherapy and chem-otherapy after radical hysterectomy plus lymphadenectomy,radical hysterectomy plus lymphadenectomy only.2. Reasearch Contents:The qualities of life were examined by cancer therapy scale system of systems Chinese version of the General Module FACT-G(4.0) deve-loped by Cella from the state of Chicago.To carry out a quality of life question-naire on the patients about theirphysical condition, social and family status, functional status, emotional status of the four areas27entries and cervical cancer-specific module (CCS),when the first time after treatment in the hospital.3. Analysis:We use SPSS11.0to analysis the data.Multivariate analysis is used in the three groups and LSD is used in both groups. Used statistical tests using two-sided test, P≤0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1. Quality of life of patiens treated with radical hysterectomy plus lymphadenectomy> patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy> patiens treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after radical hysterectomy plus lymphadenectomy in FACT-CX,FACT-G,physical condition,functional statusand ccs.There is no different in social/family status and emotion state. 2. There is no difference in quality of life according to education level.P>0.05.3. Quality of life in different age groups with differences.The score of <40years old is more than40-50years old and greater than>50years old. Among the three groups due to surgical patients are mostly young patients, which made the patient selectionrandomnessso the differencesneed further correction.Conclusions:There are different influencing factors of the quality of life in different therapy.To prompted a comprehensive assessment of the choice for the treatment of patients with cervical cancer in clinicalwork and to avoid superposition of treatment (radicalsurgery plus postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy) and then imp-rove patients’ quality of life.
