Objects:(1)To investigate the prevalence of cervical cancer and its influencing factors;(2) To investigate the quality of life in patients with advanced cervical, compared with other groups in different levels of quality of life, and to analyze different socio-demographic characteristics and different clinical symptoms how to affect the quality of life for patients;(3)To analyze the effects of social support and other factors on the quality of life in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods:This study used cross-sectional study, respondents in total of4263who received cancer screening mainly came from three large comprehensive hospitals in January2010-December2011in changsha, three hospitals were the first xiangya hospital, the second xiangya hospital, the third xiangya hospital. The instruments included five questionnaires:Screening table of cervical cancer were used to collect the general case; Short Form Health Survey used to investigate the quality of life in patients with advanced cervical cancer; Social Support Scale assess social support in patients with advanced cervical cancer; pain scale used to measure pain conditions; The Brief Fatigue Inventory used to assess fatigue in patients with fatigue level. By collecting scale data and then analyze the factors of the prevalence of advanced cervical cancer and the quality of life of advanced cervical cancer.Results:(1)The survey found a high prevalence of cervical cancer, the prevalence was7.65%.(2) Univariate analysis showed that age, sex first time, number of pregnancies, number of sexual partners, frequency of use of contraceptives, sexual life, attention to sexual health, history of other gynecological cervical erosion, cervical cancer screening conditions in2years and cervical cancer-related health knowledge influence the prevalence of cervical cancer, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the incidence of cervical cancer were two years cancer screening situation (OR=4.69,95%CI:4.04-5.42), cervical erosion and other gynecological history (OR=2.94,95% CI:2.15~3.27), number of sexual partners (OR=2.72,95%CI:1.96~3.57), first time having sex (OR=1.96,95%CI:1.25~2.82)(3) Survey results showed that the quality of life in patients with advanced cervical cancer was lower level, each dimension in the SF-36scale scores were:PF (52.16~13.24)、RP (53.24~21.62)、BP (54.25±16.23)、GH (55.32±16.33)、VT (55.36±12.36)、SF (57.11±11.23)、RE (59.46±25.32) and MH (58.43±18.36)。(4) Advanced cervical cancer patients sociodemographic characteristics, clinical symptoms were frequent accordingly, social support will affect their quality of life.Conclusions:(1) Prevalence of cervical cancer affected by a number of factors, including two years cancer screening situation、 cervical erosion and other gynecological history、number of sexual partners、first time having sex. In the treatment and the nursing process of advanced cervical cancer, clearly the influencing factors of quality of life of patients can improve quality of life in patients with advanced cervical cancer and provide a guideline and direction.
