ObjectiveTo observe the immediate efficacy and safety of Chuankezhi acupoint injection after chemotherapy in the treatment of stage ? and IV elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer,to explore the synergistic effect of Chuankezhi acupoint injection and chemotherapy,to further verify the efficacy of Chuankezhi acupoint injection in improving the quality of life of patients with lung cancer, and to provide a suitable, effective and quick treatment scheme for the elderly patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.MethodsBy using prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study methods, the elderly patients with stage ? and ? non-small cell lung cancer were selected as the study subjects, and the patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with acupoint injection of Chuankezhi injection combined with chemotherapy and TCM syndrome differentiation, while the control group was treated with chemotherapy and TCM syndrome differentiation. The treatment cycle was 7 days/course,2 courses were observed, and the short-term efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated. The quality of life, including KPS score and QOL score, nausea and vomiting grade were the main indicators, and biochemical examination was the secondary endpoint index.Follow-up observation was conducted before and after treatment, and statistical treatment was performed to analyze and compare the results of the two groups.Results1.At the beginning of the experiment, there was no significant difference in the basic data(gender composition, age composition, height composition,KPS score on the first day after chemotherapy, etc.)between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The baseline was consistent and comparable.2.After intervention,KPS scores of the two groups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the cornparison between the treatment group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).3.After intervention,QOL scores of the two groups showed statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.After intervention, the changes of nausea and vomiting symptoms in both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.After intervention, the changes of WBC,granulocyte, hemoglobin and other indicators in the two groups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionChuankezhi injection can improve the KPS score,QOL score and nausea and vomiting symptoms of elderly patients with chemotherapy, and significantly improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients after chemotherapy.Asthma can be treated by acupoint injection in a short period of time to improve and prevent various symptoms caused by bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, which has a good clinical application value.
