Objective: To screen microRNA expressed differences of HPV16positivity Uigurcervical squamous cell carcinoma in Southern Xinjiang, and provide premise for thefunction of the different microRNA. Methods: Three cases of HPV16positivity Uigurcervical squamous cell carcinoma in southern Xinjiang was chosen and screenedmicroRNA expressed organization differences by microarray technology, seven casesspecimens were examined by qRT-PCR. Results: The microarray data shows that,12microRNA were remarkedly altered by expression level, including7microRNAup-regulated (hsa-miR-31, hsa-miR-142-5p, hsa-miR-1234, hsa-miR-1273, hsa-miR-21,hsa-miR-1285, hsa-miR-1181) and5microRNA down-regulated (hsa-miR-26a,hsa-miR-125b, hsa-miR-99a, hsa-miR-195, hsa-miR-100). Hsa-miR-21, hsa-miR-31washigher expression (P<0.05) in cervical squamous cancer tissue, and hsa-miR-100,hsa-miR-125b was lower expression (P<0.05). Real-time RT-PCR results were consistentwith microRNA microarray. Conclusion: HPV16positivity Uigur cervical squamous cellcarcinoma in Southern Xinjiang exist difference expressed by microRNA, whether it to bespecific microRNA of HPV16positivity Uyghur cervical squamous cell carcinoma stillneed to be further analysed.
