| Objective:To explore the organizational differential expression of microRNA-138〠microRNA-720in HPV16relevant Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix in southern Xinjiang. Methods:The expression of HPV16in4cases cervical cancer cell lines and83cases Uigur cervical squamous cell carcinoma in southern Xinjiang was detected by the technology of agarose gel electrophoresis.To test the expression of target gene microRNA-138and microRNA-720,4cases cervical cancer cell lines,83cases Uigur cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue in southern Xinjiang,16cases corresponding para-carcinoma tissue and40cases Uigur normal cervical tissue in southern Xinjiang was researched by Q-RT-PCR. Results:Compared with the para-carcinoma tissues group, the expression levels of microRNA-138and microRNA-720of Uigur cervical squamous cell carcinoma in southern Xinjiang were down-regulated(P<0.05); The same expression levels of miRNA-138and miRNA-720were showed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues and non-tumor tissues(P<0.05); The expression levels of microRNA-138and microRNA-720in HPV16positive cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues group started to cut compared to the HPV16negative group, however,it also wasn’t significant(P>0.05).The same no significant phenomenon was occured in cervical cancer cell linesCP>0.05).In addition,down-regulated miRNA-138and miRNA-720lead to vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference was found between them and the age,depth of tumor invasion(P>0.05); The expression of miRNA-720was related to the augment of clinical stage and tumor size (P<0.05),however, the expression of miRNA-138had nothing to do with them(P>0.05).Conclusion:It seems that miRNA-138and miRNA-720play an important role in Uigur squamous carcinoma of the cervix in southern Xinjiang. They are all concerned with vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis, but have nothing with HPV16.MiRNA-720is connected with clinical stage and tumor size. |
