Objective:Study on color Doppler ultrasound examination in the diagnosis ofPediatric Mesenteric Lymphadenitis. Methods:The research on107examples clinicaldiagnoses for the mesentery lymphnoditis’s baby and87examples of healthy children,The age is from11months to14years old, analysis the mesenteriy lymph node thedistribution, the shape, quantity, the size and the blood stream demonstration situation. The application of statistical t-test comparison of the normal group with the group ofchildren with mesenteric lymph node lymph node diameter and short diameter, P≤0.01as the standard, Out of107cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis group of children withgender, age, the body temperature, gastrointestinal symptoms, laboratory test, lymphnodes distribution and outcome. Results:The mesentery lymphnoditis’s baby measurevalue major axls7~29mm, transverse diameter4~14mm. The normal children measurevalue major axls5~12mm, transverse diameter2~5mm. Statistical analysis (mean±standard deviation) normal head of the diameter of7.3±0.20mm, short diameter of3.3±0.08mm, mesenteric lymphadenitis, head of14.3±0.44mm, the short diameter of6.1±0.21mm, P≤0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Mesenteric lymphadenitisgroup is more common in children under the age of seven children, Males than infemales, as the main clinical manifestations of fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea,Laboratory tests and more lymphocytes increased mainly the lymph nodes and more atCullen and right lower quadrant,Most of mesentery lymphnoditis’s baby may search andthe colored blood stream signal. Conclusion:High frequency ultrasonography diagnosticaccuracy of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, clinical for the treatment and provodean important basis for the differential diagnosis.
