Application Of Correlation Between Color Doppler Ultrasonography In Children Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis Dialectical Type

Objective:Reserching the correlation between color doppler ultrasonography and syndrome type of children acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Starting the objective research of children acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:Classifying the acute mesenteric lymphadenitis children patients into different syndrome types and carrying on doppler ultrasonography then comparing the Lymph node location distribution, Lymph node characteristics, Lymph node size, Lymph node blood flow characteristics.Results:(l)Lymph node location distribution:The gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome is on the right side. Spleen and stomach certificate is around the Navel. Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome is scattered.It’s significantly different between the different syndrome(p<0.05).(2) Lymph node characteristics:Abdomen in the cold syndrome is Clustered, gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome is Beaded. Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome is scattered. It’s significantly different between the different syndrome(p<0.05). Lymph node size:the Least Diameter, the Least Longitudinal diameter, the most Diameter, the most longitudinal diameter of gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome are bigger than other groups(p<0.05). the Least Diameter, the Least Longitudinal diameter, the most Diameter, the most longitudinal diameter of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome are smaller than other groups(p<0.05).(3) Lymph node blood flow characteristics:the Ⅲ type of blood flow in gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome is more than other groups(p<0.05). The Ⅰ type and Ⅱ type of blood flow in Abdomen in the cold syndrome, Spleen and stomach certificate, Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome than gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome(p<0.05). The PSV,EDV of gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome is more fast than Abdomen in the cold syndrome, Spleen and stomach certificate, Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome.(p<0.05). The RI of gastrointestinal Results heat syndrome is smaller than Abdomen in the cold syndrome, Spleen and stomach certificate, Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome.(p<0.05)Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography can take the objective indices for syndrome of children acute mesenteric lymphadenitis...
