Objective:Analysis of the profile to the past five years, the yield change and itsimpact factors, to investigate the factors affecting the rate of cesarean section, Analysisof reduced cesarean section rate response. Methods:3469cases of maternal retrospectiveanalysis from January2007to December2011during the Second Clinical College ofXinjiang Medical University hospital deliveries, which line the lower uterine segmentcesarean section,"the2015cases. Analysis of the factors of the past five years, thecesarean section rate changes and the impact of the rate of cesarean section. Results:During the cesarean section rate in2007-2009was57.77%,60.55%and63.81%in2007and2009compared to the cesarean section rate, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Social factors which constitute24.28%,23.63%and24.88%,respectively, in annual cesarean section factors in the first place; followed by fetaldistress, constitute respectively14.88%,13.60%and19.90%; Intrahepatic cholestasis ofpregnancy during the2007and2008the disease (intrahePatic cholestasis of Pregnancy,ICP) was third, constitute respectively11.32%and9.31%. During the cesarean sectionrate in2009-2011was63.81%,57.12%and52.25%, compared to the cesarean sectionrate in2009and2011, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Of socialfactors than ranking the first place, respectively,24.88%,45.32%and35.53%. The rateof cesarean section in2007and2011, respectively57.77%and52.25%, both down, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Of social factors in2007and2011increased ratio compared to24.28%and35.53%, respectively, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).2007and2011, a previous maternal history ofvaginal delivery accounted for27.15%and39.26%, both compared to the rise, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Social factors forcesarean delivery an important factor, a huge children has become a cesarean section one of the factors. Reduce the rate of cesarean section, and social factors need to view note.
