Objective:Learn the delivery of maternal incidence of cesarean section rate of second hospital inQiqihar City, analyze the reasons for cesarean section, provide a scientific basis forreducing maternal cesarean section rate.Methods:Collected during January2013to December, the second hospital in Qiqihar citymaternity wards in the hospital and the data of2000cases of maternal childbirth,general situation of maternal, prenatal, and descriptive analysis of the basic situationof the fetus and neonate, factors affecting the related factors of cesarean deliverysheet.Result:1. Mothers younger age and aging exist (minimum age16years, maximum age49years old). More (52.0%) had half of maternal pregnancy history or previous historyof miscarriage, number of pregnancies and the number of abortions can be up to9times.16.3%of the mothers had previous history of childbirth,9.3percent of womenhad previous history of cesarean section.2.0.2%of antenatal BMI of <18.5; BMI>28.047.9%.3. The incidence of maternal HDP5.3%; GDM incidence was1.5%; with increasingmaternal age, HDP incidence also increased significantly,(x2=18.971, P <0.001);independent of maternal age and the incidence of GDM; when≥28.0when HDP andmaternal GDM was significantly higher incidence of prenatal BMI index, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05).4.FGR rate was1.6%, the occurrence rate of2.32%FGR suburban, significantlyhigher than the1.10percent city (P <0.05). Women younger than20years old was4.26%FGR occur, significantly higher than other age groups (P=0.027); the lowestrisk of25-year-old to30-year-old maternal FGR occur, and only0.7%. More thantwice the number of abortions maternal FGR incidence of up to4.1%, significantly higher than the number of abortions than1maternal (P=0.021); when maternal BMIof less than24, FGR incidence of up to3.6%, significantly higher than maternal BMIof≥24, P=0.011.5. A number of influential abortion on maternal placenta previa, with the increase inthe number of abortions, the incidence of placenta previa significantly increased, thedifference was statistically significant, P <0.01;34.0%of fetal nuchal cord, umbilicalcord the rate was2.3%around the body.6. low birth weight children accounted for10.5%; huge children up9.6%. MaternalBMI <24.0, the highest incidence of low birth weight children up to16.1%; andmaternal BMI>28children when the huge incidence was also significantly higher (P<0.05).7. Approximately10.4%of newborns born aparg score of less than7points.HDP, FGR, RH positive blood, amniotic infection, placenta previa, placentalabruption, antepartum hemorrhage is a major factor score abnormal newborn aparginitiation (P <0.05).8. The survey cesarean section rate was50.7%.9.Head disproportion, antepartum hemorrhage, fetal head is stagnation factorscesarean section. Fetal head stagnant3.2%incidence of maternal city occur duringchildbirth, significantly higher than the suburban mothers incidence of1.2%(P=0.004); maternal BMI higher than28, significantly increased the head basinasymmetry stagnation and decline in the incidence of fetal head (P <0.05).10. Suffering from uterine scar, genital scars, scar cervix, uterine fibroids, vaginitis inmaternal cesarean delivery rate was81.5%, significantly higher than women withoutgenital diseases, P<0.001.11. Ren Gao Zheng maternal cesarean section rate was89.5%, maternal diabetes,cesarean section rate was90.3%; pregnant women suffering from idiopathic disease inpregnancy overall cesarean section rate was89.7%, significantly higher thannon-pregnant idiopathic diseases, maternal cesarean section rate,P <0.001.12. With increasing maternal age, the cesarean section rate also increased,≥30yearsold cesarean section rate was61.5%.13. With the BMI index increased cesarean section rate increased. When a BMI <18.5, the cesarean section rate rise.14. Fetal FGR, great children, fetal distress, when multiple births, breech presentation,etc., the cesarean section rate was81.5%, significantly higher than normal fetalcondition, P<0.001.15.Placenta previa, placental abruption caesarean section rate was90.9%,significantly higher than normal placenta P<0.001; and umbilical cord abnormalitiesand premature rupture of membranes did not increase maternal cesarean section rate;however abnormal amniotic fluid (whether too much or too little maternalsignificantly increased rate of cesarean section, P<0.001.16. The social impact on the human factor remains cesarean section rate of cesareansection rate in urban counties, and enjoy a high level of medical care insurance typewere cesarean rate; expense by cesarean section rate is lower than those who havehealth insurance, a statistically significant difference, P=0.000.Conclusion1. Mothers younger age and aging exist, more than half of women with previouspregnancy, abortion; part of a history of childbirth.2. The survey has a higher maternal HDP and the incidence of GDM, and with a BMI≥28.0prenatal related.3. Counties, younger, more the number of abortions and a BMI of less than24, so thatthe increasing incidence of FGR. Maternal BMI>28children when the huge increasein incidence.4. The number of abortions affect maternal placenta previa occurs.5.HDP, FGR, RH positive blood, amniotic infection, placenta previa, placentalabruption, antepartum bleeding is abnormal newborn aparg triggered a major factorscore.6. The survey cesarean section rate was50.7%.7. The head disproportion, antepartum hemorrhage, fetal head stagnation, placentaprevia, placental abruption is an important factor for cesarean section; genital diseaseswith increased rate of cesarean section; pregnancy-induced hypertension, diabetesalso significantly increase the rate of cesarean section. 8. Maternal age≥30years of age, BMI index <18.5, the cesarean section rateincreased.9.FGR, great children, fetal distress, multiple births, breech presentation, etc. leadingto increased rate of cesarean section fetal factors. Abnormal amniotic fluidsignificantly increased maternal cesarean section rate.10. Medicare cesarean rate level is an important factor affecting human society.
