Cesarean section is one of the effective means to deal with high-riskpregnancy.With the improvement of different cesarean sections in recentyears, technology of cesarean section is increasing day by day,and the wideapplication of anesthesia and all kinds of effective antibiotics in clinical, thefetal custodial technology progress and the development of perinatology, thesafety of cesarean section has been greatly improved. The cesarean section ratewas rising. The rate of cesarean section has reached to as high as80%-90%orso in some hospitals in recent2years.The phenomenon has become anabnormal situation,we should correct and control it,if we don’t,it will bringgreat damage to the health of mother and baby。The purpose of this article is to retrospective analysis all the cases ofcesarean section in our hospital in ten years,to describe the change of cesareansection rate and cesarean section indications,to analyze the influential factorsbetween alteration of indications(including main indications and all indicationsbefore surgical) and the increased cesarean section rate;To explore theinfluence of cesarean section to the newborn at different operationalopportunity and pregnant weeks; and guide clinic master cesarean sectionindications rationally, reduce the cesarean section rate in a certain extent。We used SPSS17.0package for data analysis, P<0.05was considered thatdifference has statistically significant. The results of this study show that:(1)The change of cesarean section rate:from2001to2010,the incidence of cesarean section has an increasetendence;(2)the change of cesarean section indications:Mother factor has an increase tendence;cephalopelvic factor, fetal factor and society factor have adecrease tendence;(3)Compared the first5years and the last5years,we findthat the number of cesarean section with one single factor in the first5years islarger than that of last5years,but most of pregnant women have pregnancycomplications in our hosptal,so the number of cesarean section with morethan two indiacations in the last5years is larger than that of first5years.thedifference has statistically significant (χ~2=11.32,P=0.001<0.005);(4)permute-tion order of all cesarean section indications before surgical in ten years: fetalpreciousness is in the first place by2001-2004、2006;2005、2007-2010forthe first is pregnancy complications;fetal macrosomia, fetal growthrestriction, placent factor, fetal presentation abnormal don’t change significantly;the rank of cephalopelvic disproportion,Breech presentation, oligohydra-mnios, postterm pregnancy and the persons which are advanced age reduce;nomedical indications and uterus with scar make the second、fourth rank by2010.(5)Compared different tim(enone in labor、incubation stage、active stage、the second stage of labor)terminate pregnancy, the difference at1minuteApgar score has no statistically significant(χ~2=7.348P=0.062>0.05).So triallabor should be sufficient and we should choose cesarean sectioncarefully;(6)Compared different pregnant weeks(less than37weeks、37-39+6weeks、40-41+6weeks、no less than42weeks)terminate the pregnancy,we find that with increasing of pregnant week, the number of the newbornwhose birth weight between2500-3999g is increasing, the difference hasstatistically significant(χ~2=967.037P=0.000<0.05);(7)Compared differentpregnant weeks terminate the pregnancy,we find that the rate of the asphyxianeonate is decreasing with increasing of pregnant week, the difference hasstatistically significant(χ~2=247.118P=0.000<0.05).
