Objectives When children are one of the common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases, domestic experts to belong to digestive disorders, functional dyspepsia or eating disorders. The pediatric Xiaoerpiweilekeli granule is the Anhui province of the old Chinese Medicine Zhang Kingsland director of clinical experience, this study is on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the use of the pediatric Xiaoerpiweilekeli granule in the treatment of spleen fails to belong to the children with anorexia, make its Yin Pingyang secretary, so as to achieve the spleen, stomach rehabilitation transport complex maturity, and to explore the pediatric Xiaoerpiweilekeli granule in treating infantile anorexia spleen fails to effect and its mechanism of action, and a preliminary evaluation of the pediatric Xiaoerpiweilekeli granule in treating infantile anorexia spleen fails to safety.Methods The collection of clinical diagnosis of Western medicine for anorexia nervosa, TCM syndrome of spleen fails to children in36, at the age of1~7years old, the course of the disease in more than4weeks and nearly two weeks did not use traditional Chinese medicine to help digestion medicine Jianpi appetizer and children, were randomly divided into treatment group18cases and control group18cases. The treatment group was given the pediatric Xiaoerpiweilekeli granule orally, the control group was given a placebo pellets for oral administration. Usage:1-3years every0.5bags,3+to7years everyl bags,3times a day, boiling water. Treatment for4weeks. During the course of medication, do not use the aid digestion, diarrhea type of Western medicine and strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, edible Xiaoji decoction. The two groups were observed before and after treatment in children with anorexia, loss of appetite, weight effect effect, urinary D-xylose excretory rate, disease, curative effect of TCM efficacy, main symptom scoring and and syndrome score and efficacy evaluation index and vital signs (body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and conventional biochemical tests (blood, the function of liver and kidney, dung, urine routine, routine ECG) safety evaluation index.Results the clinical research shows, the treatment group8cases were cured,4cases, a significant rate of66.66%, compared to the control group0cases were cured,2cases, a significant rate of11.76%, the results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Two sets of the main card, integral and symptom scores and grade comparison between, differences are statistically significant (P<0.01). The treatment group reduce appetite, anorexia, abdominal distension, weight and other conditions were better than control group. Loss of appetite, reduce appetite, abdominal distension, body weight, compared with the control group with significant difference (P<0.01). Treatment of whole process not found in adverse symptoms, liver and kidney function comparison before and after treatment in children with liver and kidney function, before and after the treatment of each index showed no abnormal changes before and after, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion the pediatric Xiaoerpiweilekeli Granule on treating infantile anorexia spleen fails to have a good effect, which is convenient for taking, good mouthfeel, children receiving abil ity, and is very safe. Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is a paradigm, worthy of promotion, application.
