| Aim:To systematically observe the clinical curative effect of using herbal powder apply the navel joint sting four seams in children’s anorexia of the spleen failing to transform and transport syndrome. By the method of analyzing the differences of the clinical manifestations between the pro-treatment and post-treatment, to demonstrate the patent advantage in applying the navel with herbal powder and sting four seams in children’s anorexia of the spleen failing to transform and transport syndrome is reasonable. And in addition, this treatment will enrich the connotation of clinical treatment means, and provide a safer、more convenient way in treating children’s anorexia.Method:All the60cases were collected from pediatric client of the Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu province during May,2012to November,2012. These cases were1:1divided into2groups in randomized and controlled method. The cases that treated by applying herbal powder on the navel and thorn treatment were the trial group, and on the other side, that taking spleen mixture were the control group. The herbal powder included Cangzhu, Jiaoshanzha、Chenpi、 Binglang、Sugeng、Mangxiao、Houpo、Gegen and etc, which had the effect of invigorating spleen and digestion. Mix the powder and put it into a pocket, lay it on the navel, even use the bandage to fix it, change another pre24hour. Sting four seams are to use syringe needles to thorn into the children’s two hands of four seams about0.1-0.5cm after skin is sterilized, squeeze out little light yellow liquid or blood, clean and press on the wound to stop bleeding. The children have to sting twice a week. The spleen mixture is made in hospital, it contains Cangzhu280g、Peilan280g、Chenpi128g、Zhineijing128g、Chaoshazha280g、sucrose80g, the dosage is less than5ml for1year old children every time,10ml for1-3years old children every time,15ml for3-6years old children every time, and20ml for more than6years old children every time, all3times a day, oral. All the treatments above are2weeks for a period of treatment, the treatment of two treatments.Result:In the aspect of clinical curative effect, the trial group healed14(46.7%), significant effected11(36.7%), effected4(13.3%), non-effected1(3.3%), the heal and significant effective rate was83.3%. On the other hand, the control group healed4(13.3%), significant effected12(40.0%), effected12(40.0%), non-effected2(6.7%), the heal and significant effective rate was53.3%. There is significant difference between the trial and control group in clinical curative effect. In the aspect of clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine symptoms and signs, the trial group healed5(16.7%), significant effected17(56.7%), effected6(20.0%), non-effected2(6.7%), the heal and significant effective rate was73.3%. On the other hand, the control group healed2(6.7%), significant effected6(20.0%), effected19(63.3%), non-effected3(10.0%), the heal and significant effective rate was26.7%. There is significant difference between the trial and control group clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine symptoms and signs. During the therapy, the main symptoms such as appetite、capacity for eating and the accompanying symptoms such as complexion mental status、constipation、perspire of the two groups both had significantly improved, and further, the trial group had a better improvement than the control one. There was no serious untoward reaction during the therapy, it meant the two kinds of treatments can be applied in clinic safely.Conclusion:through the clinical research, the clinical effective of those treated by applying herbal powder on the navel joint sting four seams was better than that taking spleen mixture. The therapeutic method of applying herbal powder on the navel joint sting four seams embodied the advantage of the traditional Chinese medicine, and it was easily operated、safe、efficient, therefore, it was worth to be popularized in clinic. |
