The Clinical Research Of The Treatment That Jianpi Xiaozhi Pellet Treats Children Anorexia(Dysfunction Of Spleen In Transport)

Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaozhi pellet of acute children anorexia(dysfunction of spleen in transport),and to supplement and perfect the part of theoretical basis that Jianpi Xiaozhi pellet treats children anorexia(dysfunction of spleen in transport),besides,to provide effective treatment method for the treatment of acute children anorexia with traditional Chinese medicine and to further optimize the treatment plan.Methods:72 cases,diagnosed as children anorexia(dysfunction of spleen in transport),and met the the inclusion criteria of Chinese medicine and western medicine,were collected in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups: study group(36cases)treated with Jianpi Xiaozhi pellet,the control group(36 cases)treated with Xiaoer Kaiwei Xiaoshi pellet,the two groups were all treated 2 weeks.By observing the change of two groups of clinical symptoms and signs,blood zine,Urine amylase before and after treatment to determine the difference of efficacy between the two groups.Results:(1)Two groups of clinical symptomatic scores after treatment were all lower significantly than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group descend more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The two groups of blood zine and urinary amylase were significantly increased compare with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).(3)In terms of the efficacy of syndromes,the total efficiency of treatment group is 94.12%,the control group is 81.82%;in terms of the efficacy of disease,the total efficiency of treatment group is 91.18%,the control group is 78.79%,we can know the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Jianpi Xiaozhi pelle Can effectively treat children anorexia(dysfunction of spleen in transport),and therapeutic effect was significantly better than the Xiaoer Kaiwei Xiaoshi pellet.(2)Jianpi Xiaozhi pelle can significantly promote the body to absorb the blood zine and secrete amylase.(3)Jianpi Xiaozhi pelle is less side effect,security and worth to be popularized and applied.
