Objective: Study the chronic erosive gastritis (chronic erosive gastritis, CEG) TCMsyndrome distribution law, and explore CEG TCM syndromes of performance withendoscopic Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and other factors,improve the CEG TCMsystem, provide an objective basis for the clinical research of CEG.Methods: Collection CEG patients met the inclusion criteria of190cases, Recordedin patients with TCM symptoms and Syndrome type, Combined with endoscopic gastricmucosal manifestations,and data entry using SPSS17.0statistical software processing andanalysis.Results:1. CEG five TCM syndromes related to age and predisposing factors,Stomach yin deficiency and stomach meridian age of the patients with blood stasissyndrome is higher than the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, liver stomachdisharmony, with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, Spleen stomach damp heatsyndrome patient’s ageate the youngest; Liver stomach disharmony incentives to theemotional factors of the main three other card type to improper diet.2. CEG five TCM syndromes and gastroscopy under a sub-type classification between nosignificant differences (P>0.05). But with the performance of the gastric mucosa, theerosion site, HP infection, tongue show some correlation;the weakness of the spleen andstomach syndrome, liver stomach disharmony of gastric mucosa to the red and white as themain performance;with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, stomach yin deficiency,stomach meridian in patients with blood stasis while mucosal hyperemia and edema as themain manifestation; Stomach yin deficiency in patients with gastric erosions parts aremostly concentrated in the stomach corner, Other syndromes of gastric erosions sites in thegastric antrum;Liver stomach disharmony, with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,stomach meridian blood stasis in patients with HP infection rate is higher than the other two syndromes;the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome common light red-tongue with thin white fur,liver stomach disharmony proved more common pink tongue,thin yellow tongue coating, Spleen stomach damp heat syndrome in many dark yellow andgreasy fur of tongue, deficiency of stomach yin to see more reddish tongue without fur orexfoliative fur, the stomach meridian of blood stasis tongue in patients with dark red anddark purple, no thin white fur and white fur.Conclusion: CEG five TCM syndromes and gastroscopy under a sub-type, grading,no significant differences, but with the performance of the gastric mucosa, the erosion site,HP infection, tongue, tongue show some correlation. the weakness of the spleen andstomach syndrome mainly red and white,erosion site in the gastric antrum. common lightred tongue with thin white fur, pink tongue, thin white tongue coating; liver stomachdisharmony patients with HP infectionpink tongue, thin yellow tongue coatin; spleenstomach damp heat syndrome patients with mucosal congestion, edema as the mainperformance, the HP infection, dark yellow and greasy fur of tongue; Stomach yindeficiency in patients with gastric erosions parts are mostly concentrated in the stomachcorner, eddish tongue without fur or exfoliative fur; the stomach meridian of blood stasistongue in patients Gastric mucosa visible bleeding, dark red and dark purple.
