Study On Medication Rule Of Professor Leng Yan In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis

Objective: To collect the cases of chronic erosive gastritis treated by tutor clinic,analyze the core drug,drug category and high frequency drug cluster group of tutor prescription for chronic erosive gastritis by using statistical method,and summarize the medication law and academic thought of tutor in treating chronic erosive gastritis.Methods: Cases of chronic erosive gastritis from December 2017 to December 2019 were collected.Enter the patient's case information into the Microsoft Office Excel 2007 worksheet,including the patient's name,gender,age and prescription.After the standardized treatment of the specific prescription and drug composition data,the binary quantitative treatment was adopted.Each Chinese medicine was taken as the statistical variable,and the "1" or "0" was assigned according to whether a certain medicine was used,so as to establish the database of tutor's treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Statistics of the frequency of each traditional Chinese medicine used by tutors,drug distribution law,using SPSS 22.0and other software,cluster analysis will be used for high-frequency drugs,and cluster groups are analyzed and summarized.Results: 305 prescriptions were included in this study,and statistical analysis showed that: the total frequency of drug use was 6627 times;the average use of 21.73 Chinese herbs per prescription;a total of 150 Chinese herbs were used,41 drugs were used more than 50 times,the cumulative application frequency of the 41 Chinese herbs was 5428 times,accounting for 81.91% of the total application of drugs;all high-frequency drugs can be classified into heat clearing drugs The frequency of the drugs was 16.78%,22.62%,15.68%,8.47%,10.13%,1.49%,4.66%,6.13%,5.20%,4.46%,2.23%,2.14%,respectively.High frequency drug cluster group was divided into 7 groups,which were characterized by clearing away heat and dampness,softening liver and inhibiting acid,clearing liver and regulating qi,removing dampness and phlegm,tonifying deficiency and warming stomach,opening stagnation and clearing away heat and stasis.Conclusion: Through the research,it is concluded that tutors pay attention to "thefoundation of nourishing the day after tomorrow" in the treatment of CEG,but paying attention to nourishing the day after tomorrow does not mean only nourishing the day after tomorrow.Tutors pay special attention to the pathogenesis of damp heat.They think that the erosion under the endoscope of CEG is a typical manifestation of local damp heat.Therefore,the pathogenesis of the disease is based on the weakness of spleen and stomach,and the key pathogenesis is the accumulation of damp heat and the damage of gastric collaterals.In addition,there are many factors such as deficiency cold,qi stagnation,blood stasis,food accumulation,Turbid Toxin infection,etc.The tutor uses the theory of "treating from the liver" to treat CEG.The basic treatment methods are clearing away heat and dampness,dispersing liver and spleen,including clearing away heat,eliminating dampness,dispersing liver,regulating qi,invigorating spleen,promoting blood circulation,eliminating food,inhibiting acid,warming stomach and so on.With the changes of syndromes,the commonly used prescriptions are Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Chaihu Shugan powder,and emphasizes that the care in life plays an important role in the treatment and prevention of CEG.
