Consumer Mi Tang Treatment Of Liver And Stomach And Clinical Studies Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao-Mi-Tang(XMT) to patients with ChronicErosive Gastritis (CEG)belong to disharmony of the liver and the stomach by TCMBianzheng. To evaluate objectively the validity of XMT in treating CEG, and search aneffectual method of TCM in treating chronic Erosive gastritis.Method:The qualified test-acceptors were divided into remedial group and contrastive groupin propotion to 1:1. Remedial group has 45test-acceptors and contrastive group has 45test-acce-ptors. They were given themedicament on time orderly. The remedialmedicament and simulant drug were numbered at random and double-blinded.Remedial group was given XMT 150ml B.i.d; contrastive group was given Ranitidine150mg B.i.d. Two groups course of treatment all were six weeks. If some patients whoinfect Hel-icobacter pylori will given related Anti-Hp therapy with collidal bismuthsubcitrate 240mg, plus amoxicillin 1000mg, plus met ronidazole 400mg, B.i.d, wasadminist for one weeks. According to the observed results, it can evaluate thetreatment dffectiveness. The indicatrixes of treatment effectiveness(1)Accumulatedscore of sympotom; (2)Gastroscope exam. At last, analysed the statistic datas with twosides test when P＜0.05, it was considered as statistic meanings.Results:1. To compare the total of two groups, of remedial group is 91.11%, of contrastivegroup is 86.66%. treament effect of both groups have no differences(P＞0.05).2. To compare the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises, remedial groupand contrastive group have significant difference in front and back of treatment(P＜0.05); the comparison of two groups have no differences(P＞0.05) after treatment.3. To compare the result of recuerrence, remedial group have better than contrastivegroup (P＜0.05).4. To compare the result of Gastroscope, treatment effect of every group has significantdifference in front and back of treatment(P＜0.05); after treatment the comparison oftwo croups have no differences(P＞0.05). 5. In the aspects of safety observing, both groups have no bad reaction.Conclusion:By six weeks treatment, the clinic effect of XMT is a little superior to Ranitidine. Thetotal treatment effect is similar. Therefore XMT is adapted to the Chronic evrosivegastritis patients with disharmony of the liver and the stomach. It can either resistinflammation, mitigate ache, or restrain stomach muscle's moving, resisit stomachulcer. It has been certified a safe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicineby clinic experiment.
