| Objective: In order to observe the Chaibanliuhe decoction in the treatment ofgastrointestinal symptoms of chronic renal failure clinical curative effect, and from theAngle of modern medicine thoroughly discussing the function mechanism, explore newmethods of traditional Chinese medicine for the disease. Methods: Meet the criteria for the80cases of chronic renal failure early or middle patients were randomly divided into twogroups: treatment group in which40cases be chaibanliuhe decoction treatment; Thecontrol group in40cases, be uremic clearance granule treatment, drug use2months for aperiod of treatment, both groups taking one period of treatment. Results: Treatment groupof patients with clinical syndrome total credit reduced significantly, and had better effectsthan control group (P <0.01); The treatment group of patients serum creatinine, blood ureanitrogen level reduced significantly, and had better effects than control group (P <0.05);The treatment group of patients with hemoglobin and red blood cell levels to improve,gastrointestinal hormone levels to improve, curative effect is better than the control group(P <0.05).
