A Retrospective Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Combined Use Of Decoction Combined With Decoction And Decoction

Purpose:By reducing the nitrogen addition and subtraction with shenshuaifang Decoction enema with traditional Chinese medicine and the two combination therapy for patients with stage CKD2~4 were reviewed,The staging of hospital preparation Jiangdan Decoction decoction combined with renal failure enema therapy on the clinical effect and application value of this kind of patient.Material and method:The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during renal unit from November 2014 to December 2015, the hospitalized2~4 patients with chronic kidney disease as the research objects were divided into two groups,a total of 281 cases, including 173 cases in the control group, 108 cases in the observation group, the control group used western medicine for chronic kidney disease, conventional symptomatic, comprehensive therapy and oral administration of the hospital Decoction of Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of renal failure, the observation group in the control group treatment based on the use of the Jiangdan Decoction enema therapy, treatment for 2 weeks, after a course of treatment, observed the blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr), uric acid(UA), creatinine clearance rate(Ccr), potassium ion, calcium ion,phosphate ion, alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and hemoglobin(Hb) changes, and comparative analysis the curative effect and impact of each period.Results:1.The two groups before and after comparison, significantly reduced compared with before treatment, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), blood creatinine(SCR) and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) were compared with those before treatment significantly increased, and the change is statistically significant difference(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).2. Comparison between the two groups, the observation group of renal function in the period before and after treatment decreased were higher than the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) and overall efficiency were higher than those of control group, differences in ckd4 have statistical significance(P < 0.05) and the staging of, theirthyroid period curative effect is better.3.The two groups had no significant effect on the ion disorder.4.Shenshuaifang and Jiangdan Decoction in the application of good safety.Conclusion:Shenshuai decoction combined with reducing nitrogen Decoction enema can effectively delay the progression of kidney disease, the ckd2 ~ 4 has a better therapeutic effect. Among them,treat ckd4 in patients with predominant is the most significant.
