The Clinical Research Of Treating Female Climacteric Hypertension By Nourishing The Kidney And Soothing The Liver,Harmonizing Yin And Yang Method

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver,harmonizing yin and yang method for the treatment of female climacteric hypertension by clinical cases,angle from kidney empty,liver depression,imbalance of yin and yang syndrome differentiation and treatment,so as to provide clinical support.Method: Filtered using the evaluation on the basis of symptoms in our hospital outpatient and inpatient patients,and a diagnosis of female climacteric hypertension(kidney empty,liver depression,imbalance of Yin and Yang)of seventy-two patients,random equipping into treatment group and control group.Treatment group to smooth step-down and valsartan capsules,the control to valsartan capsules.To observe and collect before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,blood pressure and other indicators of change.By applying comparative analysis summarized SPSS19.0 statistical software package.To evaluate the clinical curative effect of nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver,harmonizing yin and yang method for the treatment of female climacteric hypertension.Result:This experimental study on climacteric syndrome symptoms,clinical hypertension treatment,clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group and control group before and after treatment,the symptoms of menopause syndrome in treatment group is better than that of control group,blood pressure levels had no significant difference,TCM symptoms curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Treating female climacteric hypertension by nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver,harmonizing yin and yang method,in lowering blood pressure,improve the symptoms of menopause syndrome,clinical symptoms of TCM has good curative effect,safe and reliable in safety,without adverse drug reactions,for clinical treatment of female climacteric hypertension(kidney empty,liver depression,imbalance of Yin and Yang)is the ideal method and formulas.
