Background and Objective:China's population is currently tend to aging, the prevalence of cognitive impairment showed an increasing trend year by year, of which vascular cognitive impairment on cognitive function can not be ignored, which is recognized as a preventable syndrome. Therefore, early diagnosis timely and effective drugs which are selected to block the progress of the disease have important clinical significance.Research Methods:The patients were selected which were considered for ischemic cerebrovascular disease with mild cognitive impairment at First Hospital of Jilin University, Department of Neurology from January 2010 to January 2011。Specific methods:(1) On day 0 at baseline, according to selected standards, the patients were enrolled after signing the informed consent, recording:patient general information, past history, personal history, family history, combined medication, physical examination, laboratory tests, including blood routine, liver function, renal function, blood glucose, blood lipids, coagulation routine, urine routine, imaging examination, including the head DWI, or head MRP, neuropsychological evaluation, including MMSE, MoCA, ADAS-Cog。(2) On Day 1, the patient began to take medicine, methods:Yangxueqingnao particles (Tasly Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) orally,4g/time,3 times/d, treatment for 3 months。(3)In the medication period, the doctors told patients with medication over the phone. (4) After treatment of 3 months, the patients came to the hospital to be checked again, recording:medical examination, combined medication, adverse events, review laboratory including blood routine, liver function, renal function, blood glucose, blood lipids, coagulation routine, urine routine; Imaging examination including the head of DWI, or head MRP; neuropsychological evaluation, including MMSE, MoCA, ADAS-Cog.Statistical processing of the data were MMSE,MOCA,ADAS-Cog intelligence Scale score, MRP of the flow parameters including MTT,TTP,CBV,CBF, Ischemia in the number of points shown by DWI, before and after the test medication. Microsoft Excel software was used for statistical and analytical the measured data。Measurement data was represented by mean±standard deviation (x±s). Parameters were analyzed using paired t test. This study suggests that P <0.05 means difference, P <0.01 means significant difference. Results:IN the group of 37 patients, MoCA scores of patients was 20.16±2.33 before treatment, 21.00±2.54 after medication, there was differences between them (P<0.05). ADAS-Cog scores of patients was 12.05±2.97 before treatment,11.24±3.01 after medication, there was differences between them (P<0.05). There was no difference between before and after medication in MMSE.There were 15 patients with head magnetic resonance perfusion examination。The parameter of head magnetic resonance perfusion MTT(10-3s) of Lesion was 2561.9±870.0, MTT of image at the lesion was 1621.8±746.0, after taking the drug they were 1701.4±610.1,1182.0±529.9. There was significant difference between before and after medication about MTT of the lesion group (P <0.01), there was significant difference between before and after medication about MTT of image at the lesion group (P <0.01). The parameter of head magnetic resonance perfusion CBF (10-1ml×100g-1×min-1) of Lesion was 97.7±47.9, CBF of image at the lesion was 169.7±128.2, after taking the drug they were 151.7±71.9,227.2±156.5. There was significant difference between before and after medication about CBF of the lesion group (P<0.01), there was significant difference between before and after medication about CBF of image at the lesion group (P<0.01). There was no difference between before and after medication about TTP and CBV.In this group of 22 patients, We observed changes in the number of ischemic lesions point Whose diameter was less than 15mm in the periventricular white matter and centrum semiovale level。After statistical analysising, there was no statistically significant.3 months after medication, laboratory tests for all patients was no significant changes including blood routine, renal function, blood glucose, blood lipids, coagulation routine, urine routine.4 patients had higher alanine aminotransferase, but review became normal after 3 months. Conclusions:Yang xue qing nao ke li was safe and effective in the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment. MRP can be used to assess the treatment in patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment, but DWI was meaningless that was used to observe changes in the number of ischemic lesions point to assess the treatment efficacy in patients with mild VCI.
