Research On The Method Of "Harmonizing Yang" And Its Characteristics Of Medicine In Ye Tianshi Of The Qing Dynasty

Objectives: Exploring the main theories of Ye Tianshi's “He-Yang method”,this paper deeply study the characteristics of medicines contained in Ye Tianshi's “He-Yang method” medical cases and discuss the function of Ye Tianshi's “He-Yang method” in some diseases' prevention and treatment,such as “Stroke” “Insomnia” “Diabetes” and “Headache” and so on,which enrich the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of common clinical diseases.Methods: Through the collection of 112 cases of medical records and 112 prescriptions which are derived from the “ general medical book of Ye Tianshi ” about the “He Yang”“Zhen Yang”“Qian Yang”,15 kinds of drugs commonly used by Ye Tianshi's “He-Yang method” are counted through using the methods of modern statistics.Combined with the discussion of the“He-Yang method”in the“general medical book of Ye Tianshi”and referred to the knowledge of “He-Yang”in ancient Chinese medicine literature,the theory of Ye Tian-Shi's“He-Yang method”is carried out and summed up,in the end this paper discuss the characteristics of its medication.Results: Through some researches,Ye Tianshi's “harmonizing yang” mainly includes three main treatment methods: “Nourishing Yin and Yang”,“Calming Wind and Yang ” and “Pressing and Checking exuberance of Yang”.It is based on “nourishing Yin and Yang” accompanied by drugs whose function is nourishing blood and preventing convulsion and Checking exuberance of Yang.These drugs can restore the Yang of abnormal changes in the body's Yin deficiency to a harmonious state,thereby achieving the purpose of “harmony”.According to statistics,the commonly used drugs in Ye Tianshi's“He-Yang method”which appear in the top 15 are as follows: habitat,donkey hide,mulberry god,asparagus,Ophiopogon jalopies,oysters,alfalfa,white peony root,Rehmannia,Dendrobium,ginseng,Poria,Anemarrhena,Phellodendron,Schisandra.the medical cases of “Nourishing Yin and Yang” commonly use some medicine,such as habitat,Ophiopogon jalopies,donkey-hide gelatin,poria cocos,rehmannia,and asparagine to nourish liver and kidney;The commonly used drugs in the medical cases of “Calming Wind and Yang ” were mainly conclude Rehmannia,donkey-hide gelatin,white peony,and aspartame which are mainly used to nourish yin and nourish blood;The main drugs used in the medical cases of “Zhongyang Qianyang” were donkey-hide gelatin,oyster,raw land,and Fushen and accompanied by turtles,turtles,magnets,and other heavy-duty drugs to play the function of “ Pinggan Qianyang”.Conclusion:1.Ye Tianshi's “He-Yang method” mainly use nourishing yin to achieve the purpose of reconciling yin and yang by the method of“Nourishing Yin and Yang”“Calming Wind and Yang ” and “Pressing and Checking exuberance of Yang” to reconcile the abnormal changes in the body of yang;2.Make use of the ancient squares and turn the squares.Such as good use of licorice soup,Huanglian Ajiao Decoction,Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,etc.;3.“He-Yang”does not forget the benefits of the stomach,such as“He-Yang”at the same time,adding ginseng,Poria cocos,Fushen,etc.to care for the spleen and stomach;4.“He-Yang method”can be used to prevent and treat diseases such as“stroke”insomnia”“diabetes” and“headache”.
