Objective: To investigate the changes of inflammatory cytokines hypersensitiveC-reactive protein (hsCRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin6(IL-6),interleukin8(IL-8) in the Heat accumulation type, Blood stasis type patients withextremity superficial venous thrombophlebitis and the difference between healthy peoplewith them, to analyse the relevance between inflammatory cytokines and familiarsyndrome differentiation of TCM in Patients with extremity superficial venousthrombophlebitis. Methods: Measure the level of inflammatory cytokines in30cases ofthe Heat accumulation type patients with extremity superficial venous thrombophlebitis(group A),30cases of Blood stasis type patients with extremity superficial venousthrombophlebitis (group B) and30healthy people(group C), and make a statistical analysisfor them. Results: The level of inflammatory cytokines in group A, group B wassignificantly higher than that in group C, The level of inflammatory cytokines in group Awas significantly higher than that in group B. Conclusion: The excessive activation ofinflammatory cytokines which closely related to familiar syndrome differentiation of TCMexit in patients with extremity superficial venous thrombophlebitis, suggesting thatinflammatory cytokines can be used as the limb thrombosis of superficial phlebitissyndrome differentiation typing important objective indicators.
