Superficial Thrombotic Phlebitis is a common peripheral vascular disease. It develops in the lower extremities, and the main clinical symptoms are red, swell, hot and pain. The disease causes patient significantly discomfort and lower extremity functional limitations. With the continuous development of medical technology, on superficial phlebitis thrombosis’ pathophysiology, pathogenesis and treatment, there are constantly new exploration and research. There are many etiology of superficial phlebitis thrombosis, its more due venous insufficiency, varicose veins, trauma, intravenous drug infusion, chemotherapy, infections and other factors. Pathological changes caused by various factors vary, so treatment cannot be stereotyped. The purpose of this study is to summarize lower extremity varicose veins and venous insufficiency secondary to superficial thrombosis phlebitis Integrative Medicine experience. Achieve good clinical efficacy clinically. The first part of this paper, from the perspective of Chinese medicine, introduced from four aspects. First, the ancient Chinese classic exposition introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and syndrome treatment. Second, a new understanding of modern TCM at pathogenesis, focusing on the role of modern medicine studies have shown anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and other aspects. Third, modern TCM researchers discuss syndrome type green snake venom, inside and outside Treatment and nursing. The second part discussing the link between Western medicine for the understanding of superficial thrombosis phlebitis, the pathophysiology of venous thrombosis, contacts between thrombosis and inflammation, and finally an overview of modern Western medicine ACCP (Official publication of the American College of Chest Physicians, ACCP) recommendations, treatment and care. The third part, according to our department for many years the study and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and superficial thrombotic phlebitis, further summarize clinical experience Mentor Professor Liu Jiqian Integrative Medicine venous insufficiency secondary to thrombosis of superficial phlebitis. In the final, the study reported analysis of the use of combination therapy method for treating lower extremity varicose veins and venous insufficiency secondary to thrombosis of superficial phlebitis clinical observation of30cases.Objective: Discussed combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of lower extremity varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency to thrombosis shallow phlebitis clinical curative effect. Summarizes the use of Chinese and western medicine approach, comprehensive developed treatment programs for lower extremity varicose veins and venous insufficiency secondary to superficial phlebitis thrombosis, clinical efficacy, lessons learned. Methods:This study takes combination therapy methods, and uses the principle of differentiation of acute and chronic phases, and develops appropriate combining Chinese and Western treatment programs. In this study, acute and chronic principles of dialectical stages:acute phase syndrome is damp, chronic syndrome in three syndromes, as Wet context stasis syndrome, Heat stasis syndrome and Stasis syndrome context. The law of the acute phase of treatment is detoxification, blood circulation, plus anti-inflammatory drugs intravenously, if necessary; chronic syndromes selected treatment prescription based on the corresponding, continued consolidation effect, improve venous function. After28days treatment, according to the symptoms and results of laboratory examinations in patients with the disease do develop individualized surgical treatment. Results:At the end of the acute phase, the evaluation after14days of treatment shows us that patient red, swelling, hot, pain, a hard streak and other symptoms and signs get significant relief, and markedly effective rate can reach66.7%; in the chronic phase, patients continued to adhere to treatment for28days, the symptoms further eased, stiff rope or nodules further subsided, and before the onset of soreness, edema has also been significantly improved. And markedly effective rate was96.7%. The total effective rate is100%, and no adverse reacts after treatment. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of lower extremity varicose veins and venous insufficiency secondary to thrombosis of superficial phlebitis, initially not only to quickly relieve the symptoms, but also make the most of fresh thrombus ablation of superficial veins, post leg swelling, acid precipitation and other symptoms of venous insufficiency further improved. The efficacy of Integrative treatment of lower extremity varicose veins and venous insufficiency secondary to thrombosis of superficial phlebitis is safe and reliable.
