| Objective:Integrative observed therapy optimization program thrombosis in patients with superficial phlebitis and its impact on the physical and chemical indicators to evaluate the safety, compared with the traditional scheme,for the treatment of superficial vein thrombosis with reasonable optimization inflammationMethods:The superficial phlebitis thrombosis in patients from February2013to February2014in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and the control group (30cases),in order to optimize the treatment of patients for the treatment group,patients treated with conventional solutions for the control group.The overall effect of the changes in both groups, the clinical symptoms, signs, blood rheology, blood lipids were observed. Observed before and after treatment in general medical items such as safety indicators to assess the presence or absence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate93.33%in the control group, the total effective rate was86.67%, Before and after treatment of symptoms and signs were improved by statistical analysis, there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:1Integrative optimize the overall efficacy of treatment of thrombosis in patients with superficial phlebitis significant limb swelling and pain, cord induration, pigmentation and other signs of significant improvement, and are better than traditional programs.2Integrative Medicine optimization can significantly improve blood flow changes thrombosis in patients with superficial phlebitis, leukocytes, color Doppler ultrasound and a series of indicators improved significantly. |
