The Clinical Research Of Electro-nape-Acupuncture Treatment Ongenuine Bulbar Paralysis After Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the recovery of swallowing and speech function in each group of patients before and after treatment, to reveal the mechanism of mixed type of genuine bulbar paralysis after the acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:The study involved40cases of genuine bulbar paralysis Patients who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there were20cases in each group.The two groups of conventional drug therapy according to the same treatment the context of treatment.The control group group would base on the normal treatment with drug;and the treatment group Would add the acupuncture treatment.Treatment of10times as a1courses,and rest for two days after the end of each course of treatment, a total of4courses of treatment.All of the subjects, respectively, in the1st day, the28th day after admission, have ratings of swallowing and speech functions.In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of genuine bulbar paralysis.Results:1、The swallowing function score in28th day after admission compared to each other was significant differences(P<0.05).2、The speech function score in28th day after admission compared to each other was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Acupuncture treatment has efficiency to improve swallowing and speech capability score for genuine bulbar paralysis after cerebral infarction2、Compared to Western medicine treatment,Acupuncture treatment of genuine bulbar paralysis after cerebral is curative effective and obvious advantage.
