Efficacy Of Pharynx Acupuncture Therapy The True Bulbar Paralysis After The Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the curative effect of pharynx acupuncture therapy the true bulbar paralysis after the cerebral infarction and to provide a new treatmen method.Methods:64 cases of patients with true bulbar paralysis after the cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,32cases in each group. Treatment group 18 males and 14 females, mean age 62.37±8.40, the average duration of 24.47±12.78; control group,19 males and 13 females, mean age 60.40± 9.25, the average duration of 28.67±14.25.The treatment group was given pharynx acupuncture therapy;the control group was given traditional acupuncture methods therapy. Two groups of patients before and after therapy, respectively, using the grading scale dysphagia, neurological score for efficacy evaluation.Results:1. Both of the pharynx acupuncture and the traditional acupuncture can improve the dysphagia rating scale,but the pharynx acupuncture is more effective. (P<0.05)2. Both of the pharynx acupuncture and the traditional acupuncture can improve improve the dysphagia score, but the pharynx acupuncture is more effective. (P<0.05)3. The pharynx acupuncture is more effective than the traditional acupuncture, the pharynx acupuncture’s effective rate is 96.87%, another efficiency is 87.50%Conclusion:1.Pharynx acupuncture therapy the true bulbar paralysis after the cerebral infarction was a effective methods, its effective rate is 96.87%2.The method of pharynx acupuncture to therapy the true bulbar paralysis after the cerebral infarction can improve improve the swallowing function.
