| Objective:The influence of Bushen jianpi prescription combining with acupuncture on LH,FSH,E2,BBT,BMI and insulin resistance of PCOS patients was discussed.Methods:61cases of resistant polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group (n=31) received combined treatment of Bushen jianpi prescriptio granule and acupuncture. Patients in control group (n=30)were treated bytaie-35group. The course was three menstrual cycles in two groups.The hormone levels including E2,LH and P,vesiculagraafianae number,endometrial thickness and ovulating rate were observed.Results:Total effective rate was88.50%in the treatment group, and77.33%in control group,with a significant differenceP<0.05.Before and after the treatment,acne integral of trial group are significantly different p<0.01.Acen integral of control group are significantly different p<0.05.After the treatmenr,trial group have a better theraperent relative control group,have differences significant p<0.05.Before and after the treatment.phasic curve BBT of trial group are significantly different p<0.01. phasic curve BBT of control group are significantly different p<0.05.After the treatmenr,trial group have a better theraperent relative control group,have differences significant p<0.05.The levels of FSH, LH, T and ratio of LH/FSH decreased after treatment in each groupP<0.05,or P<0.01.and the levels of treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conelusion:With acupuncture treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectivelyrestore the hormone levels in patients with kidney and spleen, France, the effective than western medicine alone can be an overall improvement of clinical symptoms ofpatients with systemic lower of LH, FSH levelsand LH/FSH values, as well as partial restoration of biphasic BBT, acupuncture combined with a new method for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, new theories, acupuncture treatment ofpolycystic ovary syndrome, the clinical significance of the deepworthy of further research and promotion of our researchers. |
