Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Tonifying Kidney Prescription Combined With Diane-35 In The Treatment Of The Type Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of jianpi tonifying kidney prescription combine d with diane-35 on menstruation,TCM Syndrome score,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,acne and other symptoms and signs in p atients with polycystic ovary syndrome,to explore the difference between Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine and Western medicine alone in the treat ment of the disease,to provide clinical reference for the treatment of polycystic ov ary syndrome with Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: A total of 63 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were enrolled from December 2018 to February 2020 in the Department of Gynaecology of the Xinjiang Medical University's Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xmu,control group(n=31)was treated with diane-35,treatme nt group(n=32)was treated with jianpi tonifying kidney prescription plus or minus combined with diane-35 for 3 months,to observe,record and compare the changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,such as menstrual condition,T CM clinical syndrome,body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip cir cumference,waist to hip ratio,acne,etc.,menstrual cycle and pregnancy were obse rved and recorded 3 months after drug withdrawal.Finally,the data were collected and analyzed statistically,and the corresponding experimental conclusions were dra wn.Results: Comparison within the group of the menstrual cycle score before and after treatment,both groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),and the overall distribution of the difference value of the menstrual cycle score before and after tr eatment in the two groups is the same(P>0.05);The improvement of menstrual cy cle follow-up 3 months after drug withdrawal,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of the efficiecy of TCM syndromes,the d ifference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison within the group of total scores of TCM syndromes,symptoms related to menstrual flow,color and spleen and kidney deficiency(waist and knee soreness,dizziness and ti nnitus,chills and cold limbs,belt volume,greasy and sputum,full wrist and belly,heavy head and body,fatigue and sleepiness,etc.)score before and after treatmen t,both groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);The overall distribution of the difference value of total score,the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency(wai st and knee soreness,chills and cold limbs,bowel movements,carpal and abdomin al ruff,heavy head and body,fatigue and sleepiness,etc.)score before and after tr eatment in the two groups is different(P<0.05);After treatment,the body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and WHR of the treatment group are lower than those before treatment,and the differences within the group is statistic ally significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the body weight,BMI,waist circumferenc e,hip circumference and WHR of the control group are higher than those before t reatment,and the differences within the group is not statistically significant(P>0.05);The difference between the average of body weight,BMI,waist circumferenc e,hip circumference and WHR before and after treatment between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison within the group of the acne score s before and after treatment,both groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);The overall distribution of the difference value of acne score is the same in two gro ups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment period,di ane-35 alone in the control group and diane-35 combined with jianpi tonifying kid ney prescription in the treatment group could improve the menstrual cycle,sympto ms related to deficiency of both spleen and kidney,acne and so on;Jianpi tonifyin g kidney prescription combined with diane-35 is better than diane-35 alone in the i mprovement of menstrual cycle in 3 months after drug withdrawal,that is,the lon g-term effect,and in improving the symptoms related to spleen and kidney deficien cy(waist and knee soreness,chills and cold limbs,bowel movements,carpal and ab dominal ruff,heavy head and body,fatigue and sleepiness,etc.);The body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and WHR of patients treated with di ane-35 alone were not changed,some patients were slightly increased.Diane-35 alo ne had no significant effect on weight loss of polycystic ovary syndrome patients;The body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and WHR of the patients treated with jianpi tonifying kidney prescription combined with diane-35 wer e lower than those before treatment,combination of jianpi tonifying kidney prescrip tion and diane-35 had a certain weight loss effect on polycystic ovary syndrome p atients.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which can provi de reference for clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
