The Clinical Effect About Acupuncture Treatment To Improve The Stage About High Androgen Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:The incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is increasing year by year,seriously affected the people’s health and quality of life. Hyperandrogenism is a very important endocrine features of PCOS.Currently,the methods of western medicine treatment of hyperandrogenism is various and the clinical efficacy is stable,while prone to illness repeatedly,hepatorenal damage,gain weigHA in a short time and other side effects.Through the acupuncture treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) with the high testosterone(HA),this study to observe the influence of acupuncture on PCOS-HA women’s androgenic hormone levels and explore a more safe and effective treatment.Method:From August 2013 to June 2015,select 76 cases outpatients with PCOS-HA in the department of reproductive medicine of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were conformed to the cases inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Seventy-six cases into a computer system according to the random grouping method divided into treatment group(38 cases,acupuncture therapy) and placebo group(38 cases.placebo treatments).At least twice a week.and treatment of 32 times in a row.In treatment perior to the start and the day after the treatment,the patients were measured heigHA,weigHA.,waist circumference,hip circumference and other basic informations,recorded hairy,acne,Zung depression self rating scale,Zung self rating anxiety scale and PCOS in TCM pattern scale.At the same time,observing the levels in serum of T、SHBG、LH、FSH、DHEAS, and calculating the FAI.Using SPSS22.0 for data statistics.Results:①Within comparison groups:after treatment,the results showed that BMI、WHR、acne score、T、LH、LH/FSH、A2 levels in treatment group were significantly lower than before and SHBG levels was significantly higher than before,with significant difference(p<0.05).In placebo group,the leavl of BMI and T were decreased obviously,with significant difference(p<0.05),the rest of the indicators have no obvious change;②Comparison among groups:the treatment group in reducing the of acne、LH、LH/FSH、A2, higher SHBG was prior to placebo group,with significant difference between two groups; ③After treatment,the treatment group and the placebo group anxiety scores than treatment before were significantly lower(p<0.05),after treatment in the two groups no significant difference(p>0.05);④After treatment,the treatment group and the placebo group stagnation of liver and blood stasis symptom score than treatment before were significtantly lower(p<0.05);At the same time,the treatment group before and after treatment compared with spleen dysfunction due to dampness symptom score was significantly lower,with significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture curative effect on PCOS-HA,can significantly reduce the patient’s serum T,LH,FAI,elevated SHBG levels, alleviate the clinical symptom sue of acne,obesity,etc.,to restore the normal menstrual cycle,improve the clinical pregnancy rate. and the effect on damp abundance due to deficiency of spleen and liver depression and blood stasis type PCOS-HA is remarkable.
