| Objective:Measurement of depression in rat of brain5-HT and NE contant change,to explore its therapeutic mechanism of depression treated by GuiPiSoup.Methods:The experimental used metho high, medium and low dose group. They can also increase pleasure and add the brain5-HT levels.Conclusion:GuiPiSoup on chronic stress-induced irritation in rats the role of an antidepressant, which may be increased brain5-HT content to achieve. |
