| Objective:In this study,we analyzed the knowledge rate of compliance education,drug use,influencing factors,sexual behavior,social support status,marriage and child care plan,combined infection and opportunistic infection in AIDS patients who received antiviral therapy in Jinan City,For the future to carry out AIDS antiviral treatment work to provide a reference.Methods:In this paper,from June to October in 2016 in Jinan City Infectious Disease Hospital on the current acceptance of AIDS antiviral treatment of people in the context of informed consent under the premise of a questionnaire survey and some of the object of its face-to-face interviews.Using Epi Data 3.1 to establish the database and double entry and check,using SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data,inspection level to take ? = 0.05.The interview recordings are collated into words,and the data are classified and analyzed.Results: 1.A total of 857 AIDS patients who received antiretroviral therapy in Jinan Infectious Diseases Hospital in June 2016 were surveyed.A total of 316 AIDS patients who received antiretroviral therapy were investigated.Twelve of them had refused to read the contents of informed consent Participated in the survey,a total of 304 valid questionnaires were collected.2.Jinan City,who received antiviral treatment of AIDS patients were male-based,accounting for 97.4%(296/304),women accounted for 2.6%(8/304),the average age(31.98 ± 8.15)years old,the same way to spread homosexual(9/304),0.7%(2/304),respectively,and 93.4%(284/304),heterosexual transmission,blood or blood product infection and intravenous drug infection.3.Nearly one month on time medication accounted for 96.7%(294/304),the median number of days of medication per day is 30 days;not miss the AIDS anti-virus treatment accounted for 79.9%(243/304).15.8%(48/304)of AIDS patients were replaced with drugs;replacement of drugs because of serious side effects of serious side effects 41.7%(20/48),resistant 35.4%(17/48),due to immune reconstruction failure/failure and the doctor suggested Dressing 22.9%(11/48).4.After the antiviral treatment of AIDS,the number of sexual partners in 80.6%(245/304)patients decreased,18.4%(56/304)did not change,and the number of sexual partners increased by 1.0%(3/304).Sexual life frequency,86.2%(262/304)of AIDS patients after antiviral treatment of sex life decreased,12.5%(38/304)of the sex life did not change,1.3%(4/304)of the sex life increase.42.9%(252/304)of condoms were used for the most recent sexual intercourse.5.There are 24.7%(54/219)of the future plans for marriage,53.7%(29/54)for future marriage plans due to parental requirements,46.3%(25/54)for marriage,70.2%(66/94)is due to their own desire,26.6%(25/94)is due to parental requirements,3.2%(3 / 94)is due to the spouse want.6.In the past year,95.7%(291/304)of AIDS patients were not affected by tuberculosis.In the past three months,18.1%(55/304)of AIDS patients with opportunistic symptoms and signs of infection,38.2%(21/55)of skin lesions,23.6%(13/55)of thrush,21.8%(12/55)of persistent diarrhea(> 1 month),20.0%(11/55)of persistent or intermittent fever(> 38 oC,> 1 month)and other symptoms and signs.Conclusion: 1.At present,the management of antiviral therapy in Jinan AIDS patients is based on the model,the effect is good,mainly for AIDS patients with good medication compliance,low rate of missed drug,low dressing rate,combined infection and opportunistic infection rate is low.2.The population of Jinan City who received antiviral therapy was mainly male and female,which was consistent with the epidemic characteristics of AIDS in Jinan.AIDS patients who are receiving antiviral therapy have the wishes and plans to marry and fertility,suggesting that the next step should strengthen the prevention and control of the second generation of AIDS transmission.3.AIDS patients after receiving antiviral therapy,although sexual behavior has changed,but still need to continue to strengthen the behavior of the crowd intervention,especially the use of condoms and the correct use of the control of the further spread of AIDS.4.Jinan City is receiving antiviral treatment of AIDS patients have a strong social support needs and psychological needs,the future should continue to play the unique advantages of social organizations for AIDS patients to provide psychological care and social assistance and other services. |
