Clinical Observation Therapy On Acupuncture Combined With Drugs Therapy In The Treatment Of Hepatobiliary Fire Type Of Deafness

Objective:This subject is through the observation of acupuncture combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of hepatobiliary fire type deafness curative effect, for clinical application to provide a reliable theoretical basis.Methods:Select our Institute a fire line with the gallbladder Seng of inpatient therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion of60cases of deafness, in establishing the diagnosis criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and evaluation of clinical effect on the basis of standard, randomly divided into treatment group and a control group of30cases of30cases.In western medicine in the treatment of foundation.Treatment groupWere treated with acupuncture:Ermen,Tigngong,Tinghui,Yifeng,Fengchi,Zhonhzhu,Xiaxi,Taich ong,Zulinqi,and Decoction of Longdan Xiegan. Two weeks after treatment in two groups were observed in deafness and tinnitus, deafness, tinnitus, hearing value grading score results.Results:Deafness treatment group total effective rate was83.67%, better than the medication group66%.Tinnitus treatment group total effective rate was92.31%, better than the medication group82.76%.In two patients with clinical symptoms and audiometry results after treatment than before treatment was significantly improved, and combination therapy group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Combination of medicine and acupuncture in treating liver fire type deafness in deafness audiometry value,tinnitus score,deafness grading,tinnitus grading and overall effect better than that of simple western medicine group.
