| Objective: By means of comparing the clinical efficacy difference between acupuncturecombined with western medicine and simple western medicine in treatment of suddendeafness, to explore the significance of acupuncture in treatment of diseases of the ear, andto validate its clinical efficacy, and provide basis for clinical practice.Methods:62patients(sudden deafness) are in Taiyuan city, Shanxi People’s Hospitaloutpatient and the department of acupuncture and acupuncture clinic.62cases wererandomly divided into two groups,30cases in the acupuncture group,32cases in thecontrol group. Two group in the conventional western medicine treatment when the controlgroup given ginkgo leaf injection, acupuncture group in acupuncture therapy for addition,the main points: Ermen, Tinggong, Tinghui, yifeng. After4weeks, to observe the changesof hearing decibel value of patients with sudden deafness and the curative effect of treatment in2group. The data was analysised by SPSS17.0statistical software.Results:(1)Compared with hearing loss decibel value in sudden deafness afteracupuncture treatment group has a significant difference (P <0.05); compared with hearingloss decibel value in control group after treatment has a significant difference (P <0.05).(2)Total effective rate of sudden deafness patients in the control group and was75%whenacupuncture treatment group were93.33%.The hearing decibel value in two groups werestatistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)It may enhance the hearing of the patient and change listening situation onacupuncture combined with western medicine comprehensive therapy treatment. in thetreatment of the patient with sudden deafness.(2)Acupuncture combined with westernmedicine comprehensive treatment of sudden deafness is better than the western medicinetreatment group, and curative effect is distinct.(3)Acupuncture treatment of non-toxic sideeffect and dependence, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion. |
