Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect ofimmediate loading on the immediate implant-bone interface.Methods Choose4Beagle dogs, male.The bilateral mandibularthird, foured premolar were extracted and implanted OSSTEM implant4which diameter is4.1mm, length of10.0mm immediately in each dogafter1hour, total16implants. The vertical immediate loading by devicewas used on immediate implants after24hours. According to the differentloading force value divided into: loading force5N,10N,15N and notloading control group. Each group with2Hz loading every day thefrequency of loading15mins, continuous loading8weeks. The verticalloss (VBL) and osseointegration were detected by X-ray after0day,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8week.Dogs were put to death after4weeks and8weeks andmade to hard tissue section.Results The VBL average of the groups with5N,10N,15N loadingwas0.39mm,0.30mm,0.31mm, the control group VBL average of0.26mmafter4weeks. two groups of comparisons exist statistical differences(P< 0.05) The VBL average of the groups with5N,10N,15N loading was0.47mm,0.42mm,0.50mm, the control group VBL average of0.46mmafter8weeks, two groups of comparisons does not exist betweenstatistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Immediate vertical loading of implants can beperformed without disturbing the Osseointegration process and theremay be some promoting effect.
