Based On The Competency Based Education To Build The Curircuium Of Master Of Nursing Specialist

Objective：The purpose is to build the curriculum of Master of Nursing Specialist.Methods：Literature review, expert interviews, student focus on group discussions,pre-experiment, Delphi.Results：①The choice rate of the first semester of Master of Nursing Specialist on classtime was80.0%;the choice rate of401-600hours of Master of Nursing Specialist totalhours of theory courses was76.7%. A total of31courses,the Mjwere3.47-4.70,the Kjwere0.00-0.70, the Vjwere0.10-0.28. There were18compulsory courses and13elective optional courses.②The choice of A-level or above of Master of NursingSpecialist Clinical practice hospital was100%;the choice of teaching hospital type ofMaster of Nursing Specialist Clinical practice hospital was100%. The choice of about4-5people of the number of Master of Nursing Specialist’s tutor groups was86.7%; therate choice was of tutor group contain the college instructor (including nursing andother professional direction of the instructor), clinical nurses, clinical doctor was96.7%.The choice of hospital-level subjects of research capacity of clinical nurses in Master ofNursing Specialist’s tutor groups was100%, and academic requirements forundergraduate was73.3%, work experience requirements for10years or more was83.3%, the titles for deputy director of the nurse was86.7%.The choice of24-30monthsfor Master of Nursing Specialist clinical practice total time was83.3%,10-12monthsfor their professional departments was100%. The choice of4-5for the number of thebasic sections was73.3%.The basic sections for Master of Nursing Specialist:Cardiovascular Division, Department of Respiratory Medicine, ICU, emergencydepartment, general surgery, oncology, operating room, rehabilitation centers, nursingthe Ministry. The Mjwere between3.80-4.70, the Kjwere between0.10-0.70, the Vj were between0.10-0.19.Conclusion： This study based on the Competency Based Education, The generalrequirements of medical professional degree and training objectives of Master ofNursing Specialist to build the curriculum,which includ theoretical courses and clinicalpractice.Final get the overall arrangements of theory courses,18obligatory coursesand the number of class hours,and13elective courses. Obtained general arrangementsof clinical practice, hospital, tutors, time, the relevant requirements of the practicesections,9practice sections and rotation time for selection.
