Objective:This study aims to establish a scientific system,the index system model is reasonable and practical mobile Nurses Competency of the personnel selection,training and assessment of mobile nurses library more scientific and standardized,high quality,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the mobile library human resource allocation of nurses,to solve the problem of shortage of the three grade hospital nursing human resources in emergencies and special cases.Methods:Firstly,on the basis of the literature review,the current situation of the development of comprehensive national policies and domestic mobile nurses,building mobile Nurses Competency dictionary;followed by purposive sampling method,excellent nursing experts and mobile nurses in four general hospitals in a three grade Changchun city with abundant experience and the departments of semi mobile nurses structured interviews,made the initial formation of index system model of mobile Nurses Competency in tertiary hospital;finally,AHP combined with Delphi through two rounds of expert consultation,completed and improved the selection of indicators and calculated the weights,finally established mobile Nurses Competency Model Index system.Results:(1)At present,there are no unified models for the allocation and management of motorized nurses in China,and there are problems such as the selection of motorized nurses and the diversification of self-work ability,which is not conducive to the development of motorized nurses' career.(2)Constructs the index system model of mobile Nurses Competency in threegrade hospital,including 3 level indicators(knowledge and skills,occupation accomplishment,personality traits),10 level two indexes,42 level three indexes,and determine the weights at all levels.(3)The results of two rounds of Delphy expert consultation showed that the questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,the assignment were between 3.67-5.00,higher than the common values 3.5,expert authority coefficient between0.735-0.985 group,authority coefficient was 0.85,was higher than 0.70,the first round of expert of the coefficient of variation between 0.00-0.36,the second round experts in the coefficient of variation between 0.05-0.11,significant level p<0.001 test showed that the high degree of recognition of the experts,the concentration degree is high,the research results are authoritative and representative good.Conclusion:In this study,the competency index system of three levels of motorized nurses,including three first-level indicators,ten secondary indicators and 40 third-level indicators,has good scientific and practical significance.
