Treatment With Age Layered Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Drop Sugar Pill And The Clinical Efficacy Of Ms With Igr

Purpose:1. Observing the patients’s age constituent ratio,who with the metabolicsyndrome of Impaired Glucose Regulation.2. Observing drop blood sugar pill influence the various elements of the patientswith the metabolic syndrome of Impaired Glucose Regulation.3. Observing the clinical efficacy of drop blood sugar pill to the patients withdifferent age group and metabolic syndrome of Impaired Glucose Regulation.Materials and Methods:Nov.2009-mar.2011,from five branch centers include167patients who wereQi and Yin deficiency,the affiliated hospital of liaoning university oftraditional Chinese medicine, the research institute of liaoning province oftraditional Chinese medicine, the dongzhimen hospital of Beijing university ofChinese medicine, the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditionalChinese medicine and diabetes specialist hospital of liaoyang,ect.Accordingto random number which form online stochastic system divided into the treatmentgroup and control group,basing on the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences ofacademy of sciences of Chinese medicine, including the treatment group86examples, and the control group81examples. And according to the age,167caseswere divided into three groups,20-39age group,40-59age group, and60agegroup. Give the drop blood sugar pill and comprehensive treatment for12weeks,measuring the FPG,2hPG, blood fat and glycated hemoglobin, weigh index andblood, urine,excrement convention, liver and kidney function.Results:1. By t test, the placebo patients,2hPG,TG, systolic blood pressure, hadsignificant difference (P <0.05). 2. The treatment group of patients,2hPG, systolic blood pressure,diastolicblood pressure, and the BMI,had improvement compared with the placebo group,the t test had significant difference (P <0.01).3. In20-39age group, the treatment group,the patients HDL-C had improvementcompared with the placebo group, the t test had significant difference (P <0.05).4. In40-59age group, the treatment group of patients, the improvement ofthe FPG compared with the placebo group, the t test had significant difference(P <0.01).Conclusion:1. The patients who were qi and Yin deficiency with syndrome of Impaired GlucoseRegulation give priority to40-59age group.2. The basic therapy of therapeutic schedulecan could significant improve thepostprandial blood sugar and blood pressure.3. The drop blood sugar pill can lower blood sugar (2hPG), BMI and blood pressure,at the same time for dyslipidemia has some improving function.
