Objective: To study the treat mechanism of mongolian medicine Daruqi Drop despestilence, adjusting voxel and the dependablity of adjusting macrophages secret inflammation medium IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α, revealing the antiinflammatory mecharism of Daruqi Drop.Method: One method is to tell the influence of Daruqi Drop put on the traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model of macrophage secreting IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α:①Divid 50 BALB/C mouse into blank control group ,model group , Daruqi Drop precaution group ,low-dose group as well as high-dose group at random. Only the mouse in blank control group are given peritoneal injection physiologic saline ,each 0.5 ml ,other group are given colibacillus fluid , each 0.5 ml (contian 3×107 bacterium) ,to make mould of traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model . before 48 hours being mould , Daruqi Drop precaution group should be given intragastric administration suspl of Daruqi Drop 0.2ml/10g (0.60g/kg) once a day and after being mould ,they should be given continuous intragastric administration for three times. Low-dose group should be given intragastric administration suspl of Daruqi Drop 0.2ml/10g (0.60g/kg) ; high-dose group should be given intragastric administration suspl of Daruqi Drop 0.2ml/10g (1.20g/kg) once a day , continue to have 3 times.The blank control group and model group are given distilled water (0.2ml/10g) once a day, given three times intragastric administration .Two hours after the last time ,the mouse should be killed ,to get the peritoneal fluid at centrifugate supernate ,using ELISA method to test the quality of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α.②At the centrifugate to get the macrophage , cultivanting 36 hours to test the quality of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α. The second method is to study the influence on phagocytosis function of traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model macrophage put on Daruqi Drop: Divid ICR mouse 40 into starch control group, model group , Daruqi Drop low-dose group and high-dose group. Starch control group and model group are given distilled water intragastric administration 0.2ml/10g ;low-dose group is given Daruqi suspl 0.2ml/10g (0.60g/kg);high-dose group is given Daruqi suspl 0.2ml/10g (1.2g/kg) once a day ,continue to have 3 times . Two hours after the last time , Starch control group is given 2% starch fluid one mouse 0.5ml . Model group and Daruqi Drop group should be given colibacillus fluid, each 0.5ml(3×107 bacterium) ,after 24 hours each is given 5% chicken erythrocyte suspension , each 1.0 ml. And after 48 hours ,the mouse shoule be killed. And watch the englobement percentage and index of phagocytosis(IP) .Result:①The test of the quality of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model peritoneal fluid: Compared blank control group with model group , the quality of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αhas great difference (P﹤0.05); Compared Daruqi Drop precaution group ,low-dose group as well as high-dose group with model group , the quality of IL-1 and TNF-αis apparent low(P﹤0.05); Compared Daruqi Drop precaution group with low-dose group, the quality of IL-1 deduced (P﹤0.05). Compared Daruqi Drop high-dose group with low-dose group, the quality of IL-1 deduced (P﹤0.05).②The test of the macrophage emigration number in the traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model: Compared blank control group with model group , the macrophage emigration number has great difference (P﹤0.05); Compared Daruqi Drop groups with model group , the macrophage emigration numbers haven't great difference (P﹥0.05).③The test of the quality of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model macrophage cultivanting supernate: Compared blank control group with model group , the quality of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αhas apparent difference (P﹤0.05); Compared Daruqi Drop precaution group ,low-dose group and high-dose group with model group , the quality of IL-6 is low(P﹤0.05);④The test of the phagocytosis function in the traditional Mongolian medicine"microbes"hyperpyrexia model macrophage: Compared starch control group with model group , the englobement percentage and IP haven't great different (P﹥0.05);the englobement percentage and IP of low-dose group and high-dose group obviously increased compared with model group(P﹤0.05); IP of high-dose group increased compared with low-dose group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: The treat mechanism of Daruqi Drop despestilence, adjusting voxel may be relationg to increase macrophages phagocytosis function and containment inflammatory factor (IL-1,IL-6 ,TNF-α) secreted. But, phagocytosis function and containment IL-1 relate to secret dose dependablity. Daruqi Drop is good to prevent effect .
