The Clinical Research Of Treating Periarthritis Of Shoulder By Massage Under The Tension

Purpose: This research is mainly on the clinical effects of treating the periarthritis of shoulder by massage under the tension, which explores into the mechanism in a theoretically, approach to obtain the related index in the actual practices, thus theoretically providing the reliable foundation for the clinical promotion.Method:70patients with periarthritis of shoulder in accordance with the diagnostic standards are divided in random into two groups for the clinical observation:one for treatment and the other for comparison. Those in the group for treatment are treating by massage under the tension while those for comparison are by regular massage. The treatment is six times in one period for both at an interval of one day. After three periods, the patients in two groups are compared regarding their symptoms before and after the treatment, and also those in two groups as well.Result:35cases in group for treatment:19wholly cured,9with obvious effects,4with valid effects,3not cured, i.e. overall effective rate of91.4%;35cases in group for comparison:12wholly cured,8with obvious effects,6with valid effects,9not cured, i.e. overall effective rate of74.3%. The two groups of data are significantly different after being processed statistically(P<0.05), indicating that the clinical effects of the group for treatment is obviously superior to those for comparison.Conclusion:The treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by massage under the tension is definitely effective in the clinical practices, obviously improving the symptoms and worthy of the clinical promotion.
