Purpose:This subject through observation Zhike dingchuan point application combined with cupping therapy to treat bronchial asthma (abbr. asthma)in remission effectiveness, so then to explore a new method of TCM diagnosis and treatment of asthma in remission treatment options.Method:Select patients whom match condition from acupuncture-moxibustion.respiration outpatient service and cures in hospital60cases, use computer random allocation method divide into treated group(zhike dingchuan point application) and observation group (salmeterol/fluticasone dry-powder inhaler), every group has30cases.Result:clinical observation of curative in two groups, treatment group curative:6cases of clinical control,11cases, show the efficiency, effective in9cases,4cases ineffective, total effectiveness is86.7%; observation group curative:3cases of clinical control,8cases show the efficiency, effective in12cases,7cases ineffective, total effectiveness is76.7%; Though total effective statistical analysis shows that the significant difference (p<0.05), indicating that the treatment group (Zhike dingchuan point application group) were significantly better than the control group (inhalation of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder group).Conclusion:The clinical studies indicated that zhi ke ding chuan point application for treating asthma have exact curative effect to be accurate, better than small doses of glucocorticoids and long-acting beta receptor antagonists, especially improving the clinical symptoms, zhi ke ding chuan point application treatment convenient and economical, easy to implement, and has no toxic side effect, give full play to the advantages of difficult disease treated by Chinese medicine, be provided with research and development value...
