| Objective:In this study, treat depression on the basis of accupuncture with medicines,and use the method by acupuncture and moxibustion with SSRIS(one kind of medicine to true depression), to evaluate and probe the effct of this treatment for depression,to provide the proof of acupuncture and moxibustion for depression, then to find the valid and shorter way for the treatment of depression,and to fit the need of further raising effect and decreasing side effect in the clinnic.Methods:Collected90cases,who were diagnosed depression by psychiatrists in nanjing neurologist hospital from January20102011February. According to digital random list, patients were randomly divided into treatment group1of30cases, treatment2group of30casea,and the control group of30cases. Group1was treated by acupuncture and combined with medicine treatment. Group2was treated by moxibustion after acupuncture and combined with medicine treatment. The control group was treated by only medicine.The therapy was1times daily,5times weekly and6weeks of treatment. Observe patients with depression Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), self rating scale (SDS) and side effects of scale (SERS) total score and the various factors points.Qrade before the treatment and treatment respectively after the first1week,2weeks,4weeks,6weeks and compare three groups clinical effect.Results:1. Treatment for6weeks, treatment and greater rates of group2was100%, the total effective rate was100%; Treatment for greater rate of group1was87%, the total effective rate was100%; The control group for56%treatment and greater rate, with the total effective rate of83%. The treatment group and control group patients after treatment compared statistically significant effect (P<0.05), the effect of treatment group was better than control. The control group1and group2has significant effect (P<0.05), the latter was better than the former.2.From the first week of treatment, HAMD total score and SDS score of treatment group compared with the control group were more statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05), differences continued to6weeks treatment. After treatment,HAMD factor in treatment group and control group of anxiety/somatic symptoms, sleep and block symptoms were more statistically significant (P<0.05), weight aspects were no statistically significant. The cognitive symptoms and difficulty sleeping symptoms of group2and control group were more statistically significant (P<0.05),but group1and control group were no differences. Group land Group2in mental anxiety symptoms and SDS deducted rate were more statistically significant (P<0.05). From the statistical figures, changes of Group2were lower than Group1,so the effect was better.3. From the first week of treatment, the total SERS score of treatment group and control group were more statistical significanct (P<0.05), continued to treat six weeks,but group1and group2were no differences.Conclusions:1.The clinical effect of accupuncture, moxibustion combined with drug is significantly better than pure drug therapy, it could obviously decrease HAMD score, SDS score and SERS score, and quickly effect, also can reduce drug side effects.2.Accupuncture with medicine combining with moxibustion therapy is better than accupuncture only with medicine therapy,which can clearly improve HAMD score and rate of SDS score substration,so it posses superimpose effect.3. On the basis of accupuncture with medicine combining with moxibustion therapy can not only improve patient anxiety/body change, sleep disorders, but also has advantages of improving cognitive function in patients,which improving mental anxiety, difficulty sleeping and sexual symptoms obviously better than the acupuncture therapy.4. Comprehensive above the results of clinical trials, preliminary proved that the method which was on the basis of accupuncture with medicine combining with moxibustion for the treatment of depression can significantly improve clinical symptoms.It is effective, safe and reliable, so can be popularized. |
