Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Depression With Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen By Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion

Purpose:Observation of mild moxibustion and acupuncture for the treatment of type glove two virtual depression in patients with clinical efficacy Material and method: acupuncture group treated with acupuncture with mild moxibustion methods, oral mirtazapine group of western medicine for treatment. Acupuncture group will select best, Yin tang, sun, internal clearance, door god, big ling, foot three Yin three mile, and acupuncture, lr 3, 1 times a day, every time retaining needle 30 min. Moxibustion with heart, spleen shu yu, CV 8 point moxibustion therapy, three times a week, interval between twice every 24 hours, at a time of 25 min. The western medicine group by taking mirtazapine 30 mg 1 oral treatment. The above two groups were observed 8 weeks, respectively for treatment for 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after the curative effect is analyzed. Results: By 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect of acupuncture group total effective rate was 83.3%, the clinical curative effect of western medicine group total effective rate was 76.7%, the difference comparing the two groups have no statistical significance(P > 0.05), two groups of HAMD score points rate is increasing with the increase of treatment time, in terms of degree of depression effect comparison, in the first week after treatment, acupuncture group total effective rate was 6.8%, the western medicine group total effective rate was 0%, acupuncture and moxibustion in the first weeks of efficient than western medicine group(P < 0.05); In 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment in the two groups of efficient difference has no statistical significance(p > 0.05). Two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect efficient also increasing with the increase of treatment time, 1 week after acupuncture treatment group total effective rate was 10%, the western medicine group total effective rate was 3.3%, the acupuncture group total effective rate was higher than western medicine group(p < 0.05); In the treatment of 2, 4, 8 weeks after two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison efficient differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05), after 8 weeks after treatment, two groups of drugs used scale SERS score was statistically significant(p < 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of type glove two virtual depression significantly.(2) for patients with depression scores of HAMD scale and TCM syndrome scale has significantly reduced. And acupuncture group in the aspect of improving syndromes is superior to western medicine group, two groups compare results and statistical significance(p < 0.05). 3. Compare the mirtazapine treatment of depression, clinical work quickly, shorten the treatment time, less side effects. 4. Acupuncture treatment of depression is safe and effective treatment in clinic.
