BackgroundCervical cancer is the most common female reproductive tract of malignant tumor, lots of research has confirmed that human papillomavirus (HPV for short) infection is a major risk factor at present. High-risk pattern persistent infection or the multiple infection is one of the important reasons of cervical cancer. After HPV infection, according to the strength of the host immune ability and treatment appear fade, continuous or progress for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN for short) or cervical cancer. For the treatment of HPV infection and follow-up became an important subject to many researchers. Western medicine treatment method of HPV infection was antivirus and immune therapy, however the treatment effect was uncertain.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe Zhidai tablet treatment group and control group in patients with HPV infection in different phases of the immune status,and the influence of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interferon (IFN-α), symptoms and the appearance of the cervix. To summarized the therapeutic effect of Zhidai tablet treated women with high-risk cervical HPV infection (the type of spleen deficiency and damp-stasis accumulation) and explored the mechanism of the immune system.MethodThrough random and contrast methods,65cases high-risk type cervical HPV infection women patients were divided into treatment group32cases and control group33cases. The treatment group was given Zhidai tablet for3months, four pieces each time, three times a day, menstrual period was discontinued,the control group was just observed. To compared the changes of HPV, serum TNF-α, serum IFN-α,TCM symptoms score and the appearance of the cervix in treatment group and control group, before treatment, after treatment3months, after treatment8months and the difference between two kinds of therapeutic method, and then to extrapolated the therapeutic efficacy of Zhidai tablet and immunological mechanism.ResultThis research showed that, after3months, the negative conversion and total effective rate of treatment group were43.8%and65.6%;After8momths, the negative conversion and total effective rate of treatment group were53.1%and87.5%, Zhidai tablet was better than blank control group (P<0.05). After3months or8months, the improvements of symptoms and cervix were difference between them (P<0.05). After treatment, serum TNF-α, serum IFN-α increased in Zhidai tablet group with significant difference as compared with Control group(P<0.05).ConclusionZhidai tablet played the role of anti-virus, improved the rate of HPV negative and toltal effective. Zhidai tablet can affect cervical high-risk HPV infection patients TNF-a, IFN-a level, and enhance the immune function, obviously improve the systemic symptom. Zhidai tablet can resist inflammation, relieve cervical local inflammation, improve cervical erosion degree. |
